Waited for this store to open, which was 15 minutes later than advertised. Had an item listed in stock here online and the lady there said she knew for a fact they haven't had it. Do better.

Hot Topic has changed very little in the past few decades. To me, it seems like the quintessential shopping spot for high schoolers.You can get band T-shirts, hoodies, and random things like anime toys.I'm probably too old to know what's cool anymore, but Hot topic still strikes me as a pretty cool place, and my teenager seem to like it.In my 40s, I'm definitely not the target audience for Hot topic anymore, but I can still appreciate some of the cool gimmicky merch.If you're doing some shopping for a teenager or someone in their early twenties, this is a pretty good place to go. If you're shopping for someone older and still want to go to Hot Topic, no judgement here, but you might not find what you're looking for.

The employees are amazing thank you to the one who helped me yesterday I liked the band recommendation (the employee had wavy black hair) I dont remember their name but They were amazing thank you for the help and love the store!!!

Not my favorite place. It used to be but suddenly I had managers watching me constantly and making me feel unwelcome. Wish I could say the staff is great but if I'm not being watched then I'm not being helped in the store. All the managers are usually congregating in one place and the employees are just sitting at the registers

The ONLY reason this store gets 5 stars is because of Hannah the store manager. In the face of extreme stress, a huge number of customers all in different states of irritation, we were told about coupon stacking, then we're were told no. Hannah, staying super cool and professional, handled the situation and took care of us. I cannot say enough nice things about Hannah, she is what customer service is all about, but mostly just being a decent human being.

Wonderful location! The staff were beyond helpful! I went in to buy a Ballad of type Song birds and Snakes side bag on Black Friday and even though the store was very busy with customers, the staff were still incredibly helpful and attentive!They were out of an item I wanted, and were more than happy to assist me with ordering one online and had it shipped to the store!This is absolutely a great location to shop!
