Never been here but wouldn't recommend for 1 reason. Gyms that have 60 day cancelations are scammy. Why do all these gyms make it difficult to cancel?

I’ve been a member since March of 2021 and love this location even more since Gretchen took over. I’m a huge fan of Hotworx in general, but she really customized the experience: updated the mats in front of the suanas, added amazing new Hotworx merch for purchase, even added snacks/bevs and tools to the vending machine to make our workouts an actual experience Instead of suanas with workout classes. BEST of all, she added rowers so we have Thunder classes ???????? maybe a controversial opinion, but thunder is way better than blast. Gretchen you DA BEST! ❤️** also, thanks for adding Alani Nu to the vending machine (my favorite) so I don’t have to run into Tom Thumb everytime before I workout ?

I love this place. I go 5-6 days a week & my favorites are pilates & yoga. It's a great detox & I personally love my routine, so knowing what to expect & being able to switch it up if I choose is a great perk! I tend to put the sauna at 125-130 & put my mat pretty much as close to the heaters as I can get for a maximum burn. Also, I've been a member since the beginning of January, and their videos have already made a rotation to something different or modified to keep it interesting & to keep you from plateauing or getting bored. I believe I was told they switch the videos up every 3 months. Most importantly, it's so so clean & everyone that works here & everyone I've met that works out here are respectful & kind. Shout out to Gretchen for being there almost every time I come in & making me feel comfortable & motivated & for going the extra mile for us! 10/10 would recommend.

Clean and spacious, like the schedule app and door lock app. The sauna is working really well, and I really enjoying hot yoga and hot pirate class.

I really enjoy hotworx and this particular location has the friendliest and most caring staff for their members. With a family emergency they were able to refund my monthly pymnt to help me out and have worked with me on freezing my account to keep from lose my membership. So happy with this location. Even with the stress I've had lately, the staff has been the only one to care and take the time to help me. Thank you! I look forward to getting back there!!

I love it….butFor starters I’m going to mention why I LOVE HOTWORX off Lebanon. The staff has always been real friendly and they’re all interested in fitness. My face has NEVER looked better and I feel really rejuvenated after a work out. It tracks your calories and the rooms hold only 3 people at most. 9 times out of 10 I’m usually alone. This helps with my own gym based insecurities at not being at the same level as the people around me.Now the parts I believe could be improved.Overall, the rooms are pretty small. So if you’re tall and the instructor says put your hands up you may be touching the ceiling or need to readjust. It’s a bit awkward and the virtual instructors are definitely not in a room the same size as you’ll be put into.The brand really wants to promote the idea of CrossFit training. At the beginning of all the mat work outs there’s even a video about the benefits. However the videos all play on the same time loop. Every day there’s barre none at 6:00. If you want bands it’s 6:45 till bands every day. I wish they would switch it up so some days bands was at 6:00 and others barre at 6:00. It would work better for people who only have a small window of time to go to the gym. Especially for a brand that emphasizes the benefits of cross fit training.Price is a little high. About 55 for 1 gym and 79 for access to all gyms. But they have a high energy bill and have to pay for staff. You are required to buy their mat and towel $50 more at sign up. However this is also because they need to make sure people are bringing the right equipment for liability purposes. I’d recommend to sign up in person to avoid the additional $100 sign up fee from corporate as well. Their cancellation process can be tedious. I believe it’s 2 months notice not very practical when you consider moving patterns right now.Overall it’s a great gym with good staff. But like any company or brand there’s always room for improvement.

OMG I don't think I have ever sweated that much during a workout. It felt so good to just start that process. Facilities are clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

A sweet, energetic lady named Paula got me and the bestie checked and and all set up for our 1st-time workout. Loved the concept, instructor guidance, and the privacy that the rooms afford.We did the Warrior workout and it was the business! There are modifications for most positions, so all fitness levels can keep up. The heat left my muscles feeling relaxed like I got a massage.

I enjoy HOTWORX because of the privacy it offers. I don’t have to talk to anyone- I can just go get a workout in without any issues. But with this particular location SOME (not all) of the front desk ladies are extremely nosy and have even aggressively gone into my scheduled workout room without knocking or saying anything.

I absolutely love HOTWORX! The workouts are great, you burn a great amount of calories, and the staff at this location are so nice! I do wish they had a few more saunas with the amount of business they've gotten, but other than that I still come everyday! I enjoy the detox and the many other benefits of working out in the infrared saunas! Definitely a place to look into!

Great location!! I have been a member for under a year. The staff are very friendly!! Great communication. Love that you can pick and cancel classes through the app!! I always feel great after a session! Some of my favorites are hot warrior and hot cycle!

I am completely in love with this place!!! I went in with my husband to try it with a free workout and never have looked at workouts the same way. I was really curious about the infrared light benefits and how a workout would feel inside the sauna. When we went in, we were greeted by Allie, she was already waiting for us. She was really nice, knowledgeable about how everything works, the studio, the saunas, the workouts, and took the time to give us a tour, despite the fact that we could see it was a really busy day; she organized bottles, towels and helped customers as well. 5 minutes into our workout and we already knew we needed the membership, we could literally feel the toxins leaving our bodies, i also like the fact that the workouts are low impact on the joints (but don’t be fooled by that, you will feel it in every muscle intensely). Allie helped us enroll, explained how the app works to book sessions and helped us book some sessions in advance, she has always been really helpful since then and goes above and beyond to makes us feel at home (she even keeps my mat in the back if i need to run and errand and will be back for another session and wrote my initials on the mat hearts and all, she is the sweetest, i added a picture). I come here, do 2 sessions and feel like I’ve worked out for hours, it clears my mind and helps with my mood. The energy in the studio is always positive and you always feel welcomed here. I recommend everyone to at least give it a try because it will definitely change your life.

The actual concept is great however very poor service when trying to cancel. You must go IN PERSON to cancel your agreement and in spite of the payments being on one credit card ALL parties have to GO IN PERSON. I have been charged for 6 months for my spouse even though I cancelled my account and my spouse was on the same credit card account. You would think the cancellation correlates to the credit card but they do not.
