Complete failure. I would rate 0 if I can.
I tried to make an appointment to apply for ITIN’s. You can only schedule an appointment to file taxes. It took me about an hour to get through automated voice to reach a human and describe my request.
Ok, we made an appointment. I was on my way to their office. 30 minutes before the appointment a lady called and shifted the appointment to another day.
That day we came to the office and figured out that:
- agent did not look into his ticket and did not understand the request
- he cannot help with applying for ITINs until next February
So unprofessional and such a waste of time.
I would have to find another provider of such services.

I walked in and was met by an Indian woman. You know usually when you walk into a business like this you are greeted warmly and offered water but not here. This woman by the name of Zinia Armeen, gave me the 3rd degree, she had asked me a thousand and one questions, and made it seem as if I was doing something wrong. When I first walked in she asked if I had an appointment; I told her no and asked if I needed one, she said “no”. Then here comes the flood gates of questions, it made me feel like she didn’t want to assist me with my taxes, so it came to a point where I was like forget it and walked out. I had all my documents ready and then she started throwing numbers in my face as if she is making an assumption that I couldn’t afford her services. It felt like she was discriminating against me, that is what it felt like. I have never visited a tax place and was treated as such.

I would give this office zero stars if I could. We are so upset. We’ve had a disastrous experience the past two weeks working with our assigned rep, Jan, and now I’m fearful it appears our taxes will not get filed before the deadline unless we do them ourselves. After being significantly late to our appointment (the office manager kept apologizing and calling her), she shared that she “may not have time to get all this done,” but offered no solution to transfer our taxes to another professional. She directed us to send all documents to her secure email address, which we did that day. After 10 days of emails, calls, and speaking with the office manager multiple times, we have heard NOTHING. I can’t even get a human to acknowledge anyone is working on our taxes, and the MyBlock system shows nothing has been done. I’m so upset.

I choose Juan as my tax prepper, called an hour late, told me i sent the wrong document because it wasn't my name, when i told him to look down a little more he noticed it was correct. Very unprofessional and disappointing. wont be coming back. and don't choose Juan as your tax person.

Very high prices. I asked in beginning for cost for do my document and they said 200$, but they charge me 490$ in the end.

Very rude staff!! Waited over 30 minutes for my appointment because they booked my signing appointment with the wrong person then blamed me for their mix up. Will never go to them again.

Jan Hunter was highly professional and answered all my questions thoroughly. She also explained everything to where I could understand and was also very patient and kind while waiting for me to call and get answers from my bank.
