Extremely frustrated. They did not have the shelves I needed in store so I opted to have them shipped. They arrived today and when I opened them, there was no protection in the packing box so the shelves were beat to hell. Every corner is damaged. They are way to heavy for me to deal with loading them back up and returning them but I am very disappointed. Do better. Order # 449994951

Went to Ikea 01/23 - LOVE the "as-is" section. I was there about 4ish and was helped by a nice man I wish I would've gotten his name! I THINK Moses based on name tag was super helpful! I needed more storage and he told me they are getting rid of some shelves bc a new product was coming in. I got 2 BRAND NEW IN BOX 4 drawer "Malm" for $99 each(50% off!!). It really helps to go to that section. They help you and I had assistance loading my vehicle as well. Check it out!

The cafe is good for a quick lunch. Any time we shop here, we stop by for the Swedish meatballs.
