I’ve been a loyal customer at Independence pharmacy for quite some time, and I can confidently say it is one of the best pharmacies I've ever used. From the moment I walk in, I’m always greeted by the friendly and professional staff. Sat. Arrived at 7:25 am for a 7:30 am appointment with my confirmation information in hand. I was turned away because I was unable to provide a QR code with my appointment information. They can ONLY take you if you have the QR code.
The refund process is a pain. Customer service has no phone, live chat, or email available. I lost $80.

Really awesome and caring customer service! A big shout-out to Prathyusha -she always exceeds expectation! Very friendly and kind lady! Quick delivery, timely reminders, proactive Dr calls for refills. I don't have to move a muscle, they take care of it all!They are by far the cheapest in the vicinity too. For comparison, a prescription med i bought here was $4 as against $20 in Walmart!Above all, they are local business that i always take pride in supporting!#supportlocalbusiness

I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy. They have helped us fill antibiotics/medications for our children when all other pharmacies have been out of stock. Most recently, stayed open to get our daughter's antibiotic filled before closing on Christmas Eve. We appreciate you guys more than you know! Thank you!

Quick and friendly service, plenty of waiting area, no line. Got my 2 vaccinations in under 15 minutes. They also offer free delivery on RX. Will never consider CVS(10001 Custer Road) again. Support your independent pharmacy or risk being stuck with your only megacorp option of CVS, Walgreens, or Amazon.Only suggestion to the owner: please add a mobile-friendly website and ability to schedule appointments.
