Ask for Rickie! Had a great experience buying 2 suits and 5 French cuff shirts. Fits perfectly! Ladies shouldn’t keep their eyes of me and had so many compliments. Rickie went above and beyond. He knew I had a trip coming up and had it ready in time. Even had it personally delivered to me while I was at work after it was altered and pressed.

I drove over 40 miles across Dallas Texas, to go to a suit measurement and suit purchase appointment at the suit retailer named: Indochino a couple of days ago over at: Frisco, Texas, and I was very very disappointed when I was shown various suit fabrics. I showed up with myself and my money, and end up not buying any suits because of the low quality of the fabric and the lack of fabric colors options. This was a waste of time, and gasoline. If you're looking for a suit to wear to a one-time cheap event then this is the place for you, but if you're looking for a high quality level suit, with an Italian fabric vibe, then you better go somewhere better. I expeditiously left their store and drove over to a better (Italian) suit store in Dallas Texas called: Gariani Menswear and found the quality I needed.

This location is inside the Nordstrom - 1st floor in the corner by the men’s suit/dress clothing section. It is not a store front - they ask you wait near the dressing room where a little INDOCHINO sign is and someone will come for you if you have an appointment.
The process to be measured was quick and straightforward. Just wish they made it more clear where exactly the location is.

The employee should communicate better. They were double-booked and decided to pick up a late walk-in appointment. If they arrive late, they are received later.
Don't waste people's time. I booked an appointment to fit into my busy work schedule.

If you’re going to this Indochino, see if you can get Ozzie. Amazing customer service from a genuine guy who will have your best interest in mind and knows his craft well.

The stonebriar seller is in Nordstrom we were disappointed we thought we were going to a Men's Store also you need an appointment. Advertisement is misleading and customer service needs some serious improvement.. won't be coming back.

My fiance came here to order a suit for our wedding. We were here for about 3 hours. He tried on a several sample suits. On the way home, he started feeling itchiness on both arms. The next day, many red bug bites appeared on his arm skin, look like bed bug's bites.Our suit will need to be tailored but we will not dare to come back to this location. How a high end suit place like Indochino got an huge issue with bugs??

I'm a shorter guy, so off-the-rack suits (even after some moderate tailoring) never seem to fit me right. I decided to try Indochino for my first made-to-measure suit, and it was an awesome experience!Jacob was such a professional! He was meticulous about making sure every measurement was taken well, and he gave a lot of good advice about what adjustments would look best.After putting on my suit (took about 3 weeks to arrive), it fit perfectly the first time! I've never felt this good while wearing a suit. I'm excited to purchase another suit from Indochino soon.

Worst experience ever, i bought a suit at indochino frisco and the stitch in the pants were not done right. I went back to the store to get them to fix it yet again they were not able to do the job properly. I asked to speak with someone in the store but literally they always have one or maximum two employees working at the store. So you can never get hold on anyone. Left a message on their website, sent emails no response at all. Horrible customer service, i would highly recommend everyone to check out Suit Supply , much better quality, prices are a little higher but fantastic customer service. For once i wanted to try indochino and never going back to them ever again.
