Truly a very poor customer service experience when visiting this location and I think my race played a role considering I am black. I was not greeted nor offered help when attempting to shop. Not one of three sales associate spoke to me but instantly greeted and offered assistance to the white couple that walked in shortly after me.

Went it to the store, they had four people working , not one person helped or greeted me. Remind you I’m the only person in the store at this time, and they saw me. I refuse to shop somewhere where they are just ignoring the customers! I’m sure if I was a middle aged white woman they would have helped! The store needs all new employees who want to work

We are here for my birthday shopping. Tried couple of outfits. Lady in 40s making faces and not even asked as we are good. When we are about to go for billing she said we are done and closed.
Not as all good in customer service. Not even wish.

15% off for educators is a nice incentive to purchase work ware here. Best practice is to buy what suits you a little large and then take it for tailoring. Check the seams for good workmanship before you do and the best pieces will withstand years of wear.

The manager was very rude and unwilling to honor any coupons, rewards, discounts. Saw the lady next to me be treated the same way. Go to another jcrew factory location! They honored everything at another location.
