I ordered 2 pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses. All but one pair of glasses came in timely. The last pair had to be sent back because the lab filled the prescription incorrectly. It has taken a month for the Stonebrair location to properly fill the order. I talked to the manager Sherri and she never once apologized or referenced to offer me something for my month long inconvenience. When I had a health information question, I was given the run around by the optical manager, Shari, and an associate Nadia. They both told me they could not share my information because it was against their policy as associates of JCPenney. When asked to see their policy in writing, neither Shari or Nadia could provide the policy information. However, when I viewed the policy online located at The policy stated... "To You, Your Family and Friends. We must disclose your health information to you, as described in the Your Health Information Rights section of this Notice." After notifying them of their policy, they took my email information. Shari, the manager told me, she could not talk to me because she had to close the store.

*Update: This place stole over $100 from me. Never gave me contacts that i ordered or returned my money. They are thieves. This was the worst I've ever been treated. They were nice when they wanted my money but after I ordered contacts from them they said it was going to be almost two weeks til got them. Places like 1800 Contacts can get them to me in a day or two. So after they never arrived I called and they were rude and refused to give me my money back. Can you believe that? When have you ever ordered anything and not get refunded when they didn't get you the product you paid them for. There is a serious issue with the people here that stole my money. If this is the way JC Penny wants to do business then they deserve the slump in business they get after doing this to people. I called numerous times and talked to several managers. I even spoke to a manager from another store while this one was on vacation. She was the most rude out of anyone I'd spoke to! I just can't believe a place like this has got this rotten. Customer service is dead here. Do not give these people any money. Unbelievable! These are still refusing to return my money and here I sit empty handed. Just common thieves.

Sales people are nice, but not the best place to get the 10 coupon or usually have limited sale items, but the Arlington store is usually better prepared.
