Ladies were friendly. Greeted me as I walked in and asked if they could help me with anything.

The service was outstanding. I had trouble getting my Hallmark rewards on my phone. The sales clerk patiently waited for me to get download the app and get logged in. Definitely will be visiting again.

I went to get a Valentines Day card for my husband. Granted, I am running behind, it's the day before, and here I am running out for a card. It seemed like a manageable number of people when I walked inside. I patiently waited until the two people in the Valentines aisle had moved out and then walked in the aisle to grab a card. One of the employees rushed three other people into the aisle literally 2 feet away from me and looked annoyed when I immediately backed away. I finally decided that the safest thing to do is to just leave (without the card I went in to purchase). On the way out, I said to the employee by the register that they might want to get a better system in place so that people can social distance in their store while shopping. She literally rolled her eyes and said that "there's only so much we can do". Wow. Customer service at its finest. I will NOT return to this store. They have no respect for the current health guidelines in regard to social distancing, no plan to keep their customers or their staff safe, and no best practices in regard to customer service. Skip this store and keep driving.

Horrible customer service, whoever the older lady is should probably get into a different business or just learn to be friendlier. Plenty of hallmarks, or just go to Kroger next door instead...

Due to asthma created by use of mask I have a doctors note to not use a mask. Upon entering store I was yelled at by customer service representative across the store, many times. She came to me and proceeded to get well inside 6 feet social distancing and was extremely disrespectful and rude and was impatient while I was looking for my Doctors note, even after I put a mask on. Meanwhile, she walked past another gentlemen in store with no mask twice, then let him check out. Such horrible customer service which supports the numerous 1 star ratings already posted for this store and staff

Was just there this morning only 3 customers in the store- the lady at the register was very rude and not that helpful- in fact there was an elderly lady trying to pick something out for Xmas and the employee- a lady probably in her late 60's was not very nice to her either. When I got home my wife said she noticed the same treatment when she was there last time- we will not go back to this store

Terrible customer service!! Find another place to shop! It’s okay to expect better from a business.I called to inquire about wrapping paper. “Do you have anything with ‘this on it’?“Nope”, responded the cashier. No effort to even check.I found it odd. So, I went online, and sure enough, the exact item I was looking for appeared to be in stock at this very store. I called back..explained it appeared to be in stock. This time, different cashier. Her name was Debbie.“No, we don’t have anything like that?” I asked, “Are you sure? Could the system be wrong?” She responded, “Well, I can go check.”And, guess what her next words were?“Yep, here it is.” Do you want me to hold it?One word...”Nope”.

Beware if you are trying to use a Gold Crown coupon at this location. Had a coupon that said buy 4 get $3.00 off and was told in the store that I really needed to buy 5 cards to get the $$ off. What? Then why does the coupon say buy 4? Called hallmark to verify...and was told I really only needed to buy 4, like the coupon says. Duh! So be careful if you are trying to use a coupon as they will try to make you buy more than needed to use the coupon. So disappointing?

Worst Hallmark ever. My husband, son, and I went in to shop for Keepsake Ornaments and were never greeted upon entering. The older lady working around noonish today was really condescending and rude to others. Kindness goes a long ways when you speak to customers about local attractions, such as ICE at The Gaylord, OR to your employees about work related issues. I knew better than to try shopping here again, but it’s so close to my home. Drive across the bridge to Lake Dallas. I promise it’s like night vs. day. They are the kindest people ever and never make you feel as if you are an interruption to their day.

This is your classic Hallmark store. It's Christmas galore and warm customer service. I was greeted by an attentive older lady and she helped me make a smart shopping decision when I asked for her input. Some Hallmark items can be a little pricey but if you just sign up for the Crown Rewards program (it's free) you get a lot of good coupons in your mail or email. My only constructive feedback would be to not overstock the store. Yes, I know you carry lots of merchandise. But it was almost too much and not enough space to actually admire and take in some of the items. Sometimes, less is more. But other than that, I really liked your product inventory, the store smells nice, and the lady who helped me was patient.
