Just getting through to the pharmacy via phone is TERRIBLE. I dropped off a script for pain meds for severe back pain. An hour later I get a text advising that it’s out of stock and won’t be in stock for SIX DAYS. I call to get the prescription transferred at 1:34 pm CST on 10/26. A man answered and immediately placed me on hold. He then left me on hold so long that the call rang back. As I type this, I am not only in horrible pain, but no one is answering and the phone continues to ring. I’ve been able to compose this ENTIRE review listening to the phone ring. It finally just hung up on me. WORST. SERVICE. EVER. So now I get to call back and endure this ALL OVER AGAIN.

Terrible pharmacy. I called about a refill that never was fulfilled. The tech on the phone was very unpleasant. She hanged up on me. I have been going there for years. I will take my business somewhere else from now on.

What is going on here? I dropped off a prescription was told 15 minutes. Came back 25 minutes later only to be told 15 more minutes. I came back 20 mins later only to be told 10 more minutes!! If this prescription wasn’t for a child I would’ve just told them never mind and transferred it to another pharmacy! Ridiculous! If you can’t give realistic timelines then don’t give it! Lying doesn’t help!

Madilyn is the absolute best. She's helpful, most knowledgeable, and always has a smile on her face no matter how busy or short staffed they may be. I appreciate all her help over the years.

It's probably the worst customer service experience i have had in a long time, not only will I not be using kroger pharmacy, but I will no longer shop there for my groceries, because of how rude and disrespectful the pharmacy staff was.

Despite arriving at the pharmacy a minute after they closed yesterday, Terri and the pharmacist Worked on my prescription for additional 10 minutes so that I had it before I had to catch my flight. Great customer service! Thank you!

Disappointing. Apparently lunch was more interesting that professionalism... I called to verify they had a medication in stock at the request of my Dr. After jumping through multiple voice menus and made to listen to a message to "visit the website", I was immediately put on hold by pharmacy staff. Apparently their lunch hour was in 3 minutes, so I was left on hold for exactly 3 minutes and then immediately dumped to the Kroger main store line. Have the decency to ask me to call after lunch hour please if you don't intend on helping.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, VERY RUDE AND I DON'T APPRECIATE THIS PHARMACY SENDING AUTOMATED REFILL REQUEST WITHOUT MY KNOWING. I CALLED YESTERDAY AND THE PHARMACY MANAGER HUNG UP IN MY FACE, SHE WOULDN'T GIVE ME HER NAME BUT I CAN MOST DEFINITELY POINT HER OUT ..HAS BLONDE HAIR ALOT OF BOTOX AND LIP FILLERS THAT LOOK LIKE THEY ARE ABOUT TO EXPLODE. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. IT TOOK THEM A WEEK FOR A MEDICATION REFILL. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. UNACCEPTABLE TO HANG UP IN MY FACE. I HOPE IT WAS A RECORDED CALL BECAUSE THAT IS MY PROOF THAT THE BLEACHED BLONDE MANAGER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I have requested a manager to call me several times thru the 800# and request have been escalated but still no call. This goes along with the same problem I am having trying to get the pharmacy department to answer. Once they pick up they put you on hold and never come back. The service is awful here! Management, I am still waiting on your call.

Terrible. We had to switch from CVS to Kroger due to insurance changes. There is one tech that is pleasant, but everyone else has been ambivalent, at best, slow, rude, and incompetent. We have had multiple occasions where our meds were not ready, even several hours after told they would be, and the response each time by the staff is indifference, if not disdain and inconvenience. Today was my final straw when the associate was absolutely a jerk about my son's seizure meds that they messed up and very close to not being ready for him to take out of town. What has happened to customer service? What has happened to just being a kind human? Just trying to be helpful? I can't wait for our new insurance to kick and we can stop going here.

Switched here because i figured it would be better than how terrible CVS is. It’s worse. Save yourself time and go anywhere else. It takes 45 min in the drive thru to get your meds.

Always late with prescriptions, takes ages to get them ready, numerous confusions when scripts are called in. The last last time I will be using this pharmacy/location.
