Terrible. We had to switch from CVS to Kroger due to insurance changes. There is one tech that is pleasant, but everyone else has been ambivalent, at best, slow, rude, and incompetent. We have had multiple occasions where our meds were not ready, even several hours after told they would be, and the response each time by the staff is indifference, if not disdain and inconvenience. Today was my final straw when the associate was absolutely a jerk about my son's seizure meds that they messed up and very close to not being ready for him to take out of town. What has happened to customer service? What has happened to just being a kind human? Just trying to be helpful? I can't wait for our new insurance to kick and we can stop going here.

Switched here because i figured it would be better than how terrible CVS is. It’s worse. Save yourself time and go anywhere else. It takes 45 min in the drive thru to get your meds.

Always late with prescriptions, takes ages to get them ready, numerous confusions when scripts are called in. The last last time I will be using this pharmacy/location.

Prescription is never ready on time I've been told to come back an hour or maybe 30mins later and the Prescription will still not be ready for pick up. Very slow service with employees just standing around talking and quite honestly ignoring the customer. I've sat and waited for assistance before more than 10mins inside the store and I was the only one in line.

Horrible customer service. I have many issues with refilling prescriptions. They are not ready when I come to pick them up when they say they will be. Pharmacy manager was very rude and unprofessional.

I regret my decision to pick up my prescription by Kroger. Customer service is nonexistent here.

While calling regarding a medication error in refills, the attendant on the phone hung up on me after asking a question. Stated “goodbye” without answering or aiding in my questions. I will not be back, ever.

Here at 9:30 AM on a Sunday for Challah bread. Noticed they had it on the app. I couldn't find it so I went for help at the bakery area. There were TONS of boxes, a shopping cart full of what appeared to be expired product, and a filthy working area. I should have left then. I was able to grab the attention of an employee who was focused on her cell phone and leaning against a wall behind the bakery area. She then asked another worker where the bread was. She found it in a box and then had to price it for me. When she handed it to me, there were multiple spots of mold on it. I handed it back to her, showed her the mold and left the store. I'm so grossed out. Such a contrast to stores in other parts of town. AVOID!

I never been to Kroger before until today and it will most likely be my last time. Everything is hella expensive! Maybe I'm used to HEB pricing and quality but Kroger is not it for me.Everything was meh and about a dollar more compared to other stores even when they are on sale.So glad North Dallas is opening HEB everywhere and there is one in Frisco as well!2 stars for pricey and meh quality of the fruits and vegetables.

ZERO stars! Sickening, abusive, demeaning, unhelpful, lying, time waste - Alberta, and Jacob - at self checkout after 8 PM. Encountered her lies in past at CS where she lectures untruths on what can be returned. COnfirmed with the Reg Mgr. Nonsense lecturing with no help. More times wasted just to get digital coupons not working on self scan. She insisted my card # changed. No. Alberta walks off & blurts a bad name. Lies she is the only mgr there. I ask and she writes Kyler, 1800 Kroger. (fake name, #) A diff mgr appears, Dexter, who ripped the paper from me! He even acted aggressive pointing! He finally listened (time wasted) & gave correct mgr's name. Past crazy mean encounter with her at CS-she lied that Kroger melatonin was no returnable. Lectures, lies. The regional mgr said it is not Pharm & can be returned. She is dead wood & shld be fired for abuse. Kroger shd be sued for abusive, no help, likely rac-ist, dim staff.

Worst costumer service ever, Thursday 2/16, 11:30 pm, Alberta ("manager") refused to sold my girlfriend and I beer because my ID was expired; she was right, anyway my girlfriend ID is fine, she refused because "she knows that's she is going to share the beer with me" WE HAVE 46!!! In fact she told me "If someone is buying beer with you they can't" We asked for another manager Nicky showed up, she was agreed with the sale but Alberta talked with her kind of "support her decision" and Nicky agreed, Alberta just smiled and told us "have a good night, thank you".This is racist and/or discriminatory

I went to this Kroger to get myself a money order with when a young lady named Arguvan refused to provided me service. Stating it against policy for her to sell a money order to me with my debit card. When asked to see the policy she refused to show me, stating I can refuse service to whoever I want. Very odd interaction with a clearly sad individual.

I went in today to Get a Flu Shot. I was inline about 10 Minutes when they started shutting the gate and put out signs saying they Brake for Lunch. I got up there and said I need a flu shot. There are 3 (three ) employees just standing around doing nothing! The pharmacist tells the employee I have to go online and make an appointment. I have had shots here numerous times. Never have I been turned away. NO OTHER CUSTOMERS. I am the only one at the Counter. Pharmacist Subba J. The asset, Pharmacy Manager refused to give a flu Shot. She is lazy and Pathetic. How is she a asset. Manager of anything? I have never had to have an appointment and again, 3 people standing around and I am the only one there. She was more concerned about her lunch which was still 10 minutes away than taking care of her customers.
