I go to Kroger all the time and one of my biggest complaints is the baggers. I wonder if they are shown the proper way to bag groceries. With expensive as groceries are today, the last thing I want to see is the baggers just throwing stuff into a bag without any consideration. Management take the time to train them and if they don't want to bag, find something else for them to do.

We love our neighborhood Kroger. All your grocery needs are met here. From variety of vegetables, fruits, meats, fish, there are also breads, butters, breakfast cereals, cleaning supplies, birthday cards, gift wraps, etc. There is a bakery on site. They also have ready to eat grilled or fried chicken, salad kits, birthday cakes, etc. There is also a pharmacy on site. We usually self check out but I've seen the friendly interactions of the staff with other customers. There is plenty of parking on site. Only service dogs are allowed in the store.

Couldn't get dinner because they closed the store an hour early and blocked all the doors. The employees are always rude and on their phones.

7:30 Pm on a Thursday and they right doors were already locked... checking out at 7:45 pm and only self-check open... Customer service at this location sucks! HEB and Market street know how to run a store... maybe stop in and take some notes!

Absolutely terrible service. This will be the last time I use this pharmacy. They are shockingly slow in filling prescriptions, which is unacceptable, especially if you’re in pain and urgently need medication. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. To make matters worse, their phone system is atrocious. It continuously bounces you between automated prompts when all you want is to speak to a pharmacist. Avoid this place if you value your time and health.

This place deserves zero stars. Worst pharmacist (the caucasian woman) I have ever encountered. She was very rude, disrespectful, unhelpful and completely unprofessional. Constantly walks away when you attempt to ask a medication question. Truly shocked by her behavior given she is handling patients medications. The tech minions continued to follow the pharmacists foul behavior. Could have been a bad day for her but there is no reason to act so disgusting towards the customer. Horrible service all around.

Ok, this one is for folks including myself that would love to give the kroger another benefit of a doubt since HEB opened over a year ago closer to where we live. In addition, I heard that this location has hired a new general manage who, about two years ago, literally went on a neighborhood app asking for input and support. But, oh my god, if after said efforts ANyuD, most importantly, new staff at self-checks, shopping there remains a challenge--meaning you would need to check every single transaction every single time in order to benefit from their sale. I felt like like so many in our neighborhood we have received enough training working for them. This morning was an unpleasant surprise--went in with my wife and picked up a few items that said cards only (vs digital coupons which we also had), but the self-check machine/computer would not ring up the right prices. No big deal, right? Guess what, despite the responsive staff (a new, young face, thank god), it would take us about 20 minutes for the over-ride and payment simply because there was no one to run over to the meat section to double-check, and no other manager to do the override. This clearly reflects 1. computer updates were not done (already four days into the current sale cycle) and 2. understaffed totally despite the polite new hire. Experience such as this morning was unfortunately frequent and common before renovation and probably staff overhaul or just addition (? as i saw couple of familiar unfriendly and unhelpful associates still working their shifts). If I am not in the mood of trying to learn their system, i'll just go elsewhere. Kroger corporation, I think you can do much better.

Y'all need to TRAIN YOUR CASHIERS BETTER ON FRAUD. An elderly loved one of mine was able to be scammed out multiple gift cards bought there the other day worth $500 EACH. Does that NOT sound like a scam to someone when a clearly distraught, sweet, elderly retiree is up there spending over a $1500+ dollars on gift cards, and a young female cashier just let them go through with the transaction, without even any warning of the (epidemic practically of) gift card and credit card fraud or ANYTHING... as if it's not a major issue all around the country and hasn't already been that way for YEARS. Do better next time please!!! God forbid this happens again... This person spends all of their time every day helping others and volunteering at church. And now they're having panic attacks and are crying more than I've ever seen them in my entire lifetime, because they no longer have rent or grocery money. No excuse for this to still be allowed to go on.

Today is "Thankful Thursday" on Yelp, and I want to say thank you to MY Kroger's location! I have been coming to the Frisco/Main store since 2006 or 2007. This store makes me feel like family! They know me when I come in and always greet me with smiles! Trust me, I am in there every week for something! Thanks so much, Melissa, Nicky, Danny, and Vincent, for always treating me like more than just a customer!

The management is never around whenever there is an issue the store runs on some high school kids..... everyone I pick up stuff from shelve that says Dgital discount never shows up on the app or even comes off my bill, ask the attendant they do not know what to do and I have to just omit that item not buying it no one cares that the customer is frustrated or less sales....this store has been neglected by corporate as no change in spite of all the complains everyone has done. This location will not survive long if this continues.... As there are many other options around.

If I could give no stars , I would . Incompetent, not helpful and rude stuff. They made a mistake , it took 30 minutes to solve it and asked me " did I not see they charged someone else food to my card". I did know I suppose to supervise them to do their job correctly. And they blamed me for the mistake they made. Confusing and deceptive price tags. No one is able to help with Kroger app if have questions. Poor selection of produce. Lines are long. Several Kroger stuff stands around and not willing to help when asked at the self pay.
