The only reason I visited was because I didn't want to deal with the crowd at HEB, and I regret it. I am so tired of the prices never matching at the checkout. Now I had to download their app to get a discount, and then it turned out it was only a 1 time discount. I tried to be respectful to the girl who worked there, but after 20 min trying to check out, we were both tired of each other. I feel sorry for the people who work there.

I went to this Kroger gas station today at 8:15 pm. I was in a hurry trying to buy something from the Kiosk . The worker guy made me wait for him to finishing change all four the trash cans before he can help me and he even daresay to me that he doesn’t care if I need talk to his boss if I disagrees. To me it’s not a good customer service. You need to help the customers first and finishing up the trash cans later. So I ended up driving to HEB.

Great location for this Kroger. All merchandise are in stock and neatly organized. The Kroger price is competitive and some deals are always available to use for the shoppers. There is ample parking outside and the store is clean. Overall positive experience at this Kroger and would love to come back here for grocery shopping.

I recently visited the Kroger located at 3205 Main St, Frisco, TX 75034, mainly to pick up a cake for a dinner party. To my delight, I found an extensive selection of layered cakes including Lemon, Strawberry Shortcake, Tuxedo Mousse, Tres Leches, Tiramisu, and Triple Chocolate, each priced reasonably at just $12.99. Although I was initially hoping to find their Cookie Dough cake, which I’ve enjoyed in the past, it wasn’t available this time around. Despite this, I opted for the Tuxedo Mousse cake instead and was not disappointed.
The quality of the cake was excellent, and it was a hit with everyone who tried it. The store itself was clean and well-organized, making my shopping experience very pleasant. The staff at this location were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. While I wish the Cookie Dough cake had been in stock, the variety and quality of the other options more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend this Kroger store to anyone looking to purchase a delicious and affordable cake, or for their general grocery needs. Four stars!

Pathetic customer service, they scam you with their fine prints and the associates are so reckless and rude, They double charged me on my items and asked me to come the next day for a refund as the customer service kiosk is closed.

Used this location for the last two years. I don't know if food quality is down everywhere. We constantly get food that is expired before the expiration date. It's been really bad the last month or so. We thought it was a coincidence but it seems to be a pattern now. I'd advise people to avoid this location till it is corrected.

Y'all need to TRAIN YOUR CASHIERS BETTER ON FRAUD. An elderly loved one of mine was able to be scammed out multiple gift cards bought there the other day worth $500 EACH. Does that NOT sound like a scam to someone when a clearly distraught, sweet, elderly retiree is up there spending over a $1500+ dollars on gift cards, and a young female cashier just let them go through with the transaction, without even any warning of the (epidemic practically of) gift card and credit card fraud or ANYTHING... as if it's not a major issue all around the country and hasn't already been that way for YEARS. Do better next time please!!! God forbid this happens again... This person spends all of their time every day helping others and volunteering at church. And now they're having panic attacks and are crying more than I've ever seen them in my entire lifetime, because they no longer have rent or grocery money. No excuse for this to still be allowed to go on.

9:00 at night and there's no registers open. I had a full shopping cart of groceries that I had to ring up and bag at the self kiosk. You would think you'd get a discount. Will move my business to HEB.

The night staff is a godsend. They can have a little attitude but in the end are very kind and great customer service skills. Great snack variety.
