Last week was trying to find a few products. I know I looked lost, Carlos helped me. He guided me to all the products or got the ones that were far off. What a great attitude also. I picked up my flowers next, greeted with a big smile, very helpful and thanks me as I leave. I go to checkout and have trouble with my digital, Sierra checks me out, helps me get the product at digital price. Sierra has great attitude also. She makes checkout fun. I am through, going to car and am stopped by young woman, who I missed name and regret, Sierra or Karen (also a pleasure)to tell my husband was waiting at other end of store. She even offered to take groceries out and help load in car. Of course, in that we declined. How wonderful your employees are. I am 82, my husband 86. Because of our age, we are often ignored. We tried your store due to Rene in pharmacy. She was able to help me when our pharmacy of 5 yrs couldn't. This is no doubt your longest review but didn't want to leave anyone out.

Try a different location. Fresh Seafood and meat area was shut down and cleaned out completely by 6:45 on a Thursday?? Then you ask the older gentleman behind the counter if he’s still able to grab anything and he responds “ We’re closed”…without saying “sorry about that” or anything else? Makes sense. Some working jobs don’t even get out before 6 so you start tearing down the fresh food by then? C’mon man

Gigi is rude! If you aren’t a “foreigner” or the same ethnicity as her, it’s as though she’s disgusted by your presence. She talks extremely too much to certain costumers, then talks about them to her co workers. She slams down your groceries. When no one is there to help bag, she goes as fast as she can, making your groceries pile up.
We don’t get paid by Kroger and it would be so nice to not have to check ourselves out or have to bag our own groceries.
John is great though, just haven’t seen him in a few weeks.

Don’t shop here. The staff is rude and will kick you out and tell you to leave your groceries there if you don’t make it to check out line by closing. The He/she DONNA in particular wouldn’t let me check out and told me to go to HEB next time instead. I Shouldve just dumped my whole cart on the floor and let them terrible service employees clean it up but I’ve been baptized!! Funny thing is, that’s exactly where I’ll be going next time and I hope H.E.B runs yall out of business soon. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!!

Got gas with a . 50 cents off. Learn that buying anything that is EBT acceptable in store is not at the gas pump. Wanted to use it for drinks at the service center but card was declined because of this weird ? reason it being a gas station

This Kroger location used to be pretty good before HEB landed across the street. Now its becoming like a ghost town. Today there were only 2 cashiers available, customers walked out after waiting in line for a while. My cashier was embarrassed due to the lack of staffing and kept apologizing. Meanwhile, Managers were chit chatting by Customer svce.
So i finally asked one of them if he can help with bagging, at first he seemed shocked that i asked and slammed his phone down before coming over to help. I explained politely, "as you can see there are Senior citizens in line that will need help bagging" and as for me personally, though a "younger Senior", i am not an employee of this store, I shouldn't be bagging a large amount of items by myself. I tell Manager i will need to contact corporate, at which point he tells me that it will do no good because they already know about the staffing shortage.
I gave both the Cashier and Manager a piece of advice on my way out "Polish up your Resume folks because this store will be closing if it continues in this direction".
I'll be headed somewhere else for my groceries from here on out and also will be opting out of buying any shares of Kroger as an investor.
From what I've seen, over the last month alone, i wouldn't be surprised if their stock plummets.

We have shopped here since we moved to Frisco in 2018. Basically, our go to store for most items, but vegetables are not as fresh as before. We love their apple turnovers and buy them at least, two times a month. We always buy the apple turnovers because they are great. Unfortunately, the last three times we have had a cherry one in the package. Not a fan, but we ate it. Bought a APPLE turnovers this weekend, and lo and behold...we got four cherry. Mislabeled? No quality package control ?? Clean your glasses, or just don't care. How unfortunate.

Me and my partner had a question for the customer service manager, Trevor. He could not fill our request, which is not the problem. The problem is that he approached the request with a very unprofessional manner and an attitude of very much clearly not caring because it wasn't "his problem", or whatever the case may be. I feel like the "customer service manager", should probably have some better customer service to earn that title. There was a very nice employee standing near the self checkout that was friendly and helpful as well however. I didn't catch his name but there was at least some good customer service... Just definitely none from Trevor

My wife sent me to pick up some food she order off of the instacart app . They told her to have me come inside after waiting there for a half hour. I went inside and waited another half hour because know one was at the customer service location. I went up to a young gentleman who was standing helping customers checking out at self checkout. He finally helped which I thank him tremendously. A huge line was behind me

Typically short staffed. Most of the self checkout stations are often closed and few other lanes are open. They seem to have ongoing supply line issues as many of the items on our shopping list are usually missing. The aisles and shelves are a disorganized mess. Why put sparkling water in one section of the bread aisle and then tortilla on the international aisle? Just two of many examples of why it feels like an Easter Egg hunt.
