Was told I was going to pay $79.99 for a synthetic oil change for my vehicle. When the oil change was completed, I had a bill of $113.49. I wasn’t told my car needed this “special” oil change and I also clearly mentioned I’d like to do a regular synthetic oil change, which I was also allowed to choose from the sheet provided. The employees had lied about the pricing and never once mentioned the oil change costing more than I was told.
Will never visit again. Loyalty/transparency is key to any business and your team failed.

The service is very quick and I was in and out within 15 mins . Came here for state inspection. Ll be coming here in future too . The staff is courteous , helpful and again quite quick , no delays.

Very quick turnaround. No window sticker provided until I asked. So speedy that I really wonder if other supposedly included services such as lubrication, evaluation of air and cabin filters were performed. I cannot say whether this is in fact the case. Just my strong suspicion. Also, the receipt was confusing, but seems that the stated cost did not include one or more fees such as oil recycling. Service interval notification of auto was not reset.

I go here for my oil changes and annual inspection. The staff is professional with women and I’ve never felt overcharged.Today I worked with Miguel and he was excellent. He fit me in and gave me some good pointers.

You're telling me all of the locations within a 15 mile radius has their alignment machine down? Last stop the guy at the count flat out told me they don't do alignments on Sundays. I was not able to find this information on their site

my car hasn’t had AC for months and my brakes had been messing up. the manager, Kevin, was super helpful, fixed everything at a reasonable pace and i paid a reasonable price for everything. i would happily come back and get my car serviced.
