The phlebotomist Valerie was very friendly and had such a positive personality, which I really appreciated! Tonya at the front desk was also kind and prompt in getting patients seen because it can get very busy there. Overall a very good experience for coming in for my labs!

I arrived at 7:30 am to a line and was greeted by one of the employees when she stepped outside. I was impressed with how efficient the entire staff was from beginning to end. Our paperwork was not onsite from our pediatrician, so we had to wait for it to be resent. They got us right back in line and we were in and out. They moved the patients very quickly. I was very pleased and would recommend this location to others. Thank you to the staff!

No AC it was super hot in there, they were super busy. From what I experience It did not look sanitary to me. Don’t think I will use them again. Can’t understand why is run so poorly .

Very long waiting times - don’t go there without an appointment- walk-in is a joke ..
My bad luck to have walked in here today. Never coming back. Switching to Quest with immediate effect.

The receptionist is extremely rude, not helpful at all to geriatric patients, as well as Spanish speaking. She told her right away she needed to bring someone that speaks English rather than trying to help her. She turned her away, right away. Most elderly are not tech savvy and struggle with having to sign in via a portal. Last week they had a sign in sheet, today there was no sheet. I’m assuming they pick and choose the days they will allow you to sign in.
Will not recommend this location.

Workers are very rude and wasn't helpful with the kiosk ask was one working the receptionist never can out to assist with getting it to work although she said it was working.
Will not visit this location again

The nurse who took my blood, she didn't tie my arm, and just stuck the needle to the vein. I believe she did that because this vein is thick and easy to stick. However, it was VERY painful, and I've never seen anyone taking the blood out of this vein. She didn't even try to find the right place by tie my arm and checking front of elbow. It was definately wrong practice.

I took my 1yr old for a lead and hemoglobin test, a lead and diabetic test was done instead. I called to complain and the lady who pick my call was so rude, there was no remorse nor an apology, she just said bring him in for another test not even acknowledging that this process will be painful for my son! This is another needle pricking my son's! And she just says okay! And hung up while I was still talking. I was told by my doctor to do the test at quest labs but I chose labcorp cos I thought they were good, but I thought wrong! Negligent and very rude! Don't go there if you want an accurate test done cos this can be dangerous and can kill someone. The hight of Negligence, lack of empathy and unprofessionalism! DO NOT GO THERE!

I have had issues with needles and fainting in the past and my test asked for a lot of blood. Tech Misty (Misti?) was great — when I felt faint, she was able to stop me from passing out and was kind and professional throughout.
Front desk staff was also sweet. Scheduling an appointment was easy online, and check in at the kiosk was fast. I was worried about bad reviews and possible long wait times, but that wasn't the case at all.

Worst experience with front desk receptionist.she doesn’t know how to respect public,I went couple of time to check with her about my doctors order online.she said don’t come here I will call you back.But lab technician was really good I’m giving one star for that person.

Extremely rude receptionist. Talks behind a glass panel, people in lobby can hardly hear her. Won’t look at you when you are asking her questions. Body language is horrible and just screams don’t want to be at work
