Very nice store, clean staff is courteous & professional. Took in a return. They filled out paper work & will mail back.
Wasn't aware of a physical store until I searched for one in Google maps.
Now I know where to go to be able to physically fit an item.

The costumer service at Frisco store is terrible. The quality of the school uniforms are very low for the price we pay. Very disappointing.

I think it's pretty ridiculous that we couldn't get better assistance with getting an exchange or store credit for our returns. My step daughters mother had spent $1k on her daughter's school uniforms equally about half between this store and another store. Her mother passed away and I explained to the customer service representatives that we don't have access to her email or credit cards to get the cash back or information for an exchange and all they could say was sorry ma'am it's just our policy. Even though we had the receipts and uniforms to still prove purchased from them. I understand policy but every now and then companies should be flexible in certain situations. Also sucks that my husband returned the uniforms to the store before I could tell him not too so they got to keep their money and uniforms.

Shelly provided me a best-in-class customer experience. I had purchased some dress shirts during the 4th of July 50% off sale, but I needed different sizes. Since Land’s End doesn’t support exchanges (it’s a return and rebuy), Shelly played around with different discount codes she knew until she found one that ensured I did not pay more for the new shirts than I’d paid for the ones I was returning. Shelly gives this store a good name. I love seeing this attention to detail in retail service, as it’s becoming more and more rare.

I came in today with my mom to return something she bought online. She was really happy to find a local store. Cooper processed her return and he was very friendly, polite and helpful. I was very surprised by how cute their clothes are and will be back in the Fall.

I was returning merchandise in exchange for something else in the store. The salesperson couldn’t be bothered. She didn’t ask me if I was going to shop, wouldn’t try the alternative email for a while. I probably won’t go back

Among the rudest staff I have come across in customer service anywhere in Dallas. Had gone to return a small online purchase - should have been easy enough to process. It took 3 people to figure out how to enter an item # in the system (which is ok, these things can happen). However, one of the ladies was extremely rude and accusatory when I quoted the amount I paid for the item. Other customers - if you like feeling belittled, talked down to and insulted while not being helped for 10 mins, this is the place for you. If you want some basic human decency, there are plenty of other stores with better designs, prices and definitely better people all around the mall. Store managers - strongly recommend reviewing the performance of the middle aged employee with the “short boy” hair cut. My last time purchasing from land’s end (online or in person)

Very uncomfortable/uneasy process of buying-return-reorder. Buying online returning reordering is the most cumbersome I ever faced.
