The lady who helped me was very kind, patient, and professional. I told her what I wanted, and she went right to it. She made excellent suggestions, and I tried them on and made my purchase. It was a wonderful shopping experience. I have always had great experiences shopping at this location, and I will be back.

Mixed bag. Came into town for the weekend. One very nice lady helped me with jeans while the original greeter ran and hid in the back. The lady who helped me was polite and professional. The other lady who hid only came back out as I was leaving. Some folks want to work and care about the customers, others just want a paycheck. It shows.

I was in there for 15 minutes looking at bras with my husband. No one helped us out even though we were the only ones there, on the contrary we left after hearing both sales associates behind the register gossip so loud it was heard around the store. I didn’t expect to go into the store ready to hear minutes of them complaining and talking rudely about the people in their lives.

The time before last was a great experience then I went today to make an exchange and they did not have my size so I was going to get something else and then waited and waited while the sales associate was helping another customer and the manager was just walking around. I finally asked if she could run a register, but she felt it was more important to answer the back door instead of helping customers. I just got a refund.

Picked up online orders and customer service is ALWAYS an issue. They have attitudes like they don't want to do their jobs which is ASSIST!
