5 Stars for customer service by Pres, ALA Lighting Specialist. He engaged immediately, listened, then focused on finding the right solution.
Per my interest in high performing outdoor fans, Pres is exceptionally knowledgeable about Fan value based on their CFM rating and motor type to get the highest cooling power for summer heat.
Highly recommend making an appointment with Pres for Fans or any lighting selection to deliver in value and decor.

Great lighting selection … however, if you’re looking for availability of product you will receive a fantastic impersonation of customer service and follow up from the sales people on the floor. “Your lighting will arrive Tuesday…and we will call you…” but they don’t actually tell you WHAT Tuesday, cause they sure don’t follow up with a phone call. But then oh wait it’s on back order. Did you not know that when the order was placed two weeks ago? And THEN try to charge me 15% restocking fee for cancellation - SERIOUSLY a back order means it hasn’t shipped, the lack of professionalism is astounding. I’m not really sure how a showroom with minimal traffic stays open. If I could have rated ZERO stars - I would have - shopper beware.

Great lighting selection and the consultants are VERY knowledgeable! You will have a hard time finding a local location with this large of a showroom! I would give 5 stars but customer service is a little off unless you can always come there I person. They will not answer the phone even though they are sitting right there. We have had to drive up to the store because they wouldn’t answer. Upon arriving we saw them sitting there talking at the front desk while calls rolled into voice mail. Meanwhile there were literally only 2 to about 3 customers at most in the entire showroom. I have had to call other lighting showrooms because of this and they always picked up the phone by the second or third ring. While they have just as wide of a selection their showrooms are smaller which limits the items you are able to see up close. I guess you could go to this location, pick what you like from the showroom and then have more availability to customer service by going else where but this seems like a lot of trouble to go through unless your schedule allows you flexibility to drive up to the showroom when you can’t get an answer. And there are many people who have the flexibility to do just that. If you have that flexibility I would highly recommend you go with is location.

Been looking for some lighting ideas, soon to be doing a remodel and let me tell you what… the person I will be trusting with all my future remodels will be PRISCILLA SIERRA ! My wife and I were automatically welcomed and treated like family and not just a number but with a fun, energetic, young lady she did an amazing job on putting lots of ideas together for us. I can say we’re about ready to move forward. Thank you Priscilla Sierra. Way to go Lee Lighting with having Priscilla on board 👍

Wow ! What a beautiful store ! And to make this place even more amazing, is Pricilla :) she went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect chandelier l while she help several customers.. and can I say I have NEVER experienced such great customer service! I will be back and I will definitely spread the word about this amazing place and the rock star Pricilla :)

Their technicians are terrible. They do not understand how to make a proper connection in any of the fixtures. I'm an electrician, and I have to chase them around fixing their laziness. Don't use their technicians for your lights, use a real electrician.

I recently purchased $2200 worth of light fixtures for our home remodel and had an excellent experience. My wife and I looked for two months and were becoming frustrated with the lack of options until we found Lee's Lighting. They have a great selection of lighting in all kinds of styles, sizes and price points and we found everything we needed to furnish our home. We found their staff to be friendly and helpful. Our sales representative Meredith was outstanding and I highly recommend you ask for her when you visit. One of our fixtures came in defective from the factory in a sealed box (not Lee's fault) and Meredith quickly responded to my inquiries about the replacement product, ordered me up a new fixture and kept me informed of the new delivery date. Any retailer can be your friend when things are going well. The true measure of customer service is how they respond when problems occur. Do they take ownership, react quickly, replace the bad product and keep in contact? In the case of Lee's and Meredith they are 5+ stars and I highly recommend them for you lighting needs.

Great selection of lighting. The sales guy was rude and seemed not want to be there. Afrian American young guy just didn't feel the vibe. Answers were short and just didn't want to help anyone
