A++ Service!! Though my puppy gave him a hard time. The Groomer remained professional and did an amazing job! And gave me so much guidance. I really appreciate it. And Cody will be back

Always a great experience here!! We've been coming monthly for at least a couple years. We have a large lab and they do such a great job grooming him!! Staff is friendly and its always super easy to drop off & pick up. They're very organized and highly recommend.

I am shocked by some of the reviews, and truthfully, wish people would give a second chance before they leave reviews that can be detrimental to a small business. Especially one that is a staple in the community.We have been going to Top Dogs for probably 7-8 years at this point. EJ and his team have always been incredible to work with. From their cheerful hellos when we walk in the door, to the extra hugs and love they give to our fur babies - I couldn't sing their graces enough.We have never, not ever, had a negative experience here. In fact, our late Rufus (our most beloved baby that has since past), would be so happy for his spa day visits.As someone who owns a small business, I understand as you grow and try to scale - sometimes that comes with challenges and growing pains. Especially since COVID and trying to hire quality staff. It can be difficult. However, as someone who has gotten to know these guys and their family business, I can assure you that their heart and passion for the community and animals is at the forefront always. I'm confident that any negative experiences are nipped in the bud quickly and efficiently from the owners.We never worry when our babies are in their care. A+++++++ from us.

I recently took my puppy to Top Dog Pet Grooming and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and distressing. Upon picking up my puppy, I was informed in a disrespectful manner that she had been nicked during the grooming process, despite clear evidence that the injury was more severe than described. The owner, EJ, handled the situation in an unprofessional manner, showing a lack of empathy and failing to de-escalate the distressing circumstances. Not only did my puppy require overnight care and sutures due to the severity of the cut, but she also needed to undergo a procedure requiring anesthesia. This resulted in an unexpected financial burden of $812.01 that I had to cover out of pocket first and hope I would be reimbursed the next day by the grooming salon, and I was. The lack of accountability and empathy displayed by the owner and staff of Top Dog Pet Grooming is deeply concerning. It is evident that the grooming establishment failed to provide a safe and professional environment for the animals in their care. The disregard for the well-being of my puppy and the dismissive manner in which the situation was handled are inexcusable. I strongly advise pet owners to avoid Top Dog Pet Grooming due to the evident lack of competence and professionalism displayed by the staff and management. The distressing experience I endured, coupled with the subsequent financial burden and emotional strain, is something no pet owner should have to go through. In conclusion, the lack of accountability, professionalism, and empathy demonstrated by Top Dog Pet Grooming is deeply troubling. I urge prospective clients to consider alternative grooming facilities that prioritize the safety and well-being of the animals under their care. Attention to detail is one thing that I look for here are the details : -He cut her with his blades -He was disgusting rather than apologetic -He let her sit there hurt and cut and waited for the area to dry up, covering the spot -He told me she was fine and take her to the vet if I felt differently -I paid for the service -She needed to go under anesthesia, have three stitches and provided medication for the procedure -I have to give her a pill once every day, until it runs out for four days -Liquid medication is also provided and given in a syringe every 8 to 12 hours as needed for pain control -My puppy has a cone around her head to make sure she doesn't agitate the stitches -She is unable to eat, play and be comfortable -Her visit to the vet was $812.01

When we first started the service was excellent. After about 4-5 visits the quality and customer service went downhill. Prices started going up for the following visits. My dog was not groomed well and the time they would keep him was past four hours. They also became very rude, would put my call on the longest hold only to return to say they don’t have an appointment for a month 1/2 out. Completely dishonest. I would not recommend this place. Integrity is not part of who they are and how they run their business. PS: if you don’t tip big they develop a bad attitude and you will start getting pushed out.

The first time I took her there was amazing, staff was very accommodating and she looked great after.I called 11/14 to inquire if there were any openings (to which I know it is a busy time with the holidays) and was placed on hold 3 times I believe to see what could be done which I was appreciative of. The guy one the phone was not very nice, had a bit of an attitude, and before I finished my last sentence said “thank you” then hung up. Thought I had found a good place to go to that’s right by my work, but I was wrong and in my opinion would not recommend.

Last time I use this place, very rude, unwilling to work with me. I told them I didn’t want them to cut much hair off and the guy says “It’s going to be short” and I was like ok well that’s not what I want can you just cut less off and he says “It’s going to be short, if you don’t want that you can have your dog back”. Every time I tried to work with him and explain what I wanted he just kept repeating “It’s going to be short”. Then another woman walks in with a vet bill bc they cut her dog bad enough he had to go to the vet!!! I tried one more time to work with him and then the other guy says “ Look, you wanna get a second opinion“ and I was like yeah give me my dog back! Both of them just look like they hated life, very rude, and after that lady came in I was genuinely concerned about leaving my dog with them.

Will never go to another groomer again! We found our home at Top Dog. With amazing staff and out of the world skill our dogs have been groomed and cared for by top dog for over a year. We have never been dissatisfied. We bring in our three babies at once, and they are kind enough to accommodate our weekly schedule.

Guy's here are great and most important of all Leopold is always very excited when he comes home. He knows he had a spa day and was treated like a King. Will probably never go anywhere else.

We’ve been going here for years and they have consistently been amazing! My senior blind dog with high anxiety always comes home happy after getting groomed so we know they take great care of the dogs. Highly recommend!

Came here months ago for my 2 dogs - one of them a poodle.It was a little pricier than what I usually pay for on a puppy cut, but I came here for convenience (close to my house). I moved.The communication was first good and seamless. The guy who picks up the calls was first professional.It went downhill after the actual haircuts, especially my poodle. The hair on one of the ears was tangled. When this happens time to time, our old groomer would take the time to untangle and if more than usual, just charge us more.This place straight up just blunt cut the whole chunk of hair off... her ear hair looked like sad couple strands compared to her other ear. They could've give me a call to ask OR left it alone and just let me know during pick-up. OR just charge me extra and do a proper job.I was taken aback during pick-up. I'm not confrontational so I was upset and still tipped too. This was on me. I should've strongly addressed it.I asked why they cut it like that, and the explanation for this was that it's too tangled.But honestly, I think they were just pure lazy and jammed with back to back appointments.Regardless, if I'm paying that much for a dogs cut, they should've never handled it this way. And after going to my current groomer, I know for sure my current one would've never done that.I'm coming back to warn other pet owners to spend their dollars else where.

Excellent grooming business. Our pups are always taken good care of. They are friendly and do a great job. We always tip good for great service. I would recommend them for sure. Call ahead, they are busy.

Brought my four year old Jaxson (Havanese) for the first time. It was easy to make an appointment. Everyone was very nice and professional. He received a bath, haircut, blow dry and had his nails filed. They did an excellent job. When I picked him up he was waiting patiently for me. He’s home now and taking a nap. I’ll be taking him back for sure.
