One of the worst pharmacies I had to deal with. They take forever to answer a phone call, once they answer they have a bad attitude and they are not helpful at all. I waited 9 days for them to ship my prescription, once they did they sent it to the wrong address. They don’t even bother on checking your information is correct in the system. I told them I was traveling and I needed my prescription expedited, but instead they decided to take their time. Not sure why my doctor is choosing this pharmacy, I had to be chasing them for more than a week. They are ridiculous!

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY TO DO BUSINESS WITH! This is my second time dealing with them and I have been let down yet again, i should have learned the first time. I had a RX for aczone gel written and called the pharmacy before filling to ensure i would get the brand name and not the generic to which they verified i would get the brand name medication. Of course when I receive the medication, they send me the generic version. I spent 30 minutes on the phone speaking to their incompetent staff that kept passing me around. They then charged me extra to swap out the medications with no compensation as this is the 2nd time this has happened to me. They have recordings of my convo verifying the medication i asked for which is the sad part. They also tried to pin it on me stating my doctor sent an RX for generic version, and I made them aware that i was also in the medical field and know I can request the brand name as I did when I called them before filling. Sabrina the pharmacy tech “assisted” me and was rude and not helpful. Save yourself from giving them your business. Worst part is they are wanting my used RX back so they can resell it to one you. Be careful. Most pharmacies will tell you to dispose of the medication vs ask for it back.

This pharmacy is fantastic! They have medications ready efficiently, and promptly communicate with you for pickup or delivery. And their price for some meds beats traditional pharmacies. Highly recommend!
