Sam is the best! He helped me pick up the right frame and explained types of lens I can get. It has been a great experience with Sam’s assistance. If I can grade from 1-10 for Sam, I’ll give him 11!

I went to LensCrafters in Frisco to pick up my prescription glasses that were ready. Daisy helped me and she was wonderful! So helpful and so informative and very patient, because I had some questions. Anyway, I just wanted to give her a good review because she was great!

Great customer service. I've been in a few times to repair my prescription sunglasses. Farida assisted me with a smile this time. They continue to offer free repairs on simple fixes, long after the extended warranty has expired. Outstanding location.

Hello,
Today me and my daughter went to her scheduled appointment at LensCrafters on the second floor of Stonebriar Mall in Frisco, Tx. In the eye glass wear section (Pam was not representing your company well). She was not at all encouraging my daughter on how she was looking in the glasses she had selected, she did not explain our benefits/EyeMed insurance that I pay for faithfully. From my federal retirement check every month. When I asked the question. Does LensCrafters offers military discount? She was rude in her reply and didn’t even say thank you for your service.
Furthermore, I felt like my daughter was rushed out and that’s ok. GOD is Good! All The Time! When my daughter first arrived to get her eyes checked, there were other customers waiting to get their eyes checked as well. Notice they had appointments prior to my daughter, and my daughter was leaving the store while they were still being taking care of selecting glasses after being seen way before her. Pam, is the one that I am referencing my complaint about.
Finally, I had to say thank 3 times, before Pam replied.

This is the best place to get your new frames and lenses. The whole stuff is super friiedly. Rony helped me and he is sinply the best. Very knowledgeable, great attitude and extene patience with all my questions. He called me and followed up on my lenses. I’m customer for life and will never ever go anywhere else. We need more people as Rony and perhaps people will shop mote in the stores where you are welcomed with big friendly smile. I’m recommending this place to all my friends and family mainly because of Rony! Thank you so much!!

I walked into the Stonebriar LensCrafters feeling a bit overwhelmed. I needed to exchange a pair of glasses I had purchased at another location, and I wasn’t sure what frames would not only suit my face shape but also be comfortable for longterm wear . I spent a while wandering the store, with a few associates kindly checking in, but I still felt a bit lost.
Then came Ronny.
Ronny had this incredible intuition - almost as if he understood exactly what I needed before I even said a word. He gently took the lead, walking me through the frame selection process with patience and a great eye for what worked best for my features. He didn’t just hand me options, he explained what suited me and why. For the first time, I felt confident and comfortable in the decision I was making.
Thanks to Ronny, I walked out not only with the right frames but with a sense of clarity and satisfaction. He truly turned a stressful situation into a smooth, even enjoyable experience.
Thank you, Ronny, for helping me see the light at the end of the tunnel, both figuratively and literally!
