They had a lot of options when we visited. The only issue is that the employees have no interest in helping. No greeting or offer of help. Then, when we went to check out he couldn’t have cared less about giving any customer service.

Just left the store without buying anything. There were three employees who were just complaining about how much they had to be there and talking about how they kept getting banned from rocket League video games. I went to check out but they were all too busy with their personal conversations to help me so I ended up just leaving

I bought a hat online and I wasn’t able to exchange the hat in store for another hat because the barcodes online are different the ones in store ridiculous! The store rep said the online site is run by Fanatics and the store front is Lids. If the companies are all the same it shouldn’t matter and people should be able to exchange items bought online in the store.

I paid to have a hat design digitized and they never did it. They have no number you can call. The manager is incompetent and told me, "I don't know what to do...". There is no accountability. Their managers simply switch stores and take digitized files with them. The manager of this location sent me to a kiosk in the same mall instead of embroidering two hats. That guy was more eager to help but could not find the pattern. I returned to this store and the manager is embroidering hats. He promised he would look into it and call me last Monday. He never called.

No one wanted to work today. Needed 5 custom hats. Just writing. Easy 10 min job per hat, and willow bend mall lids had no problem doing it Sunday. 4 machines, 3 available, but no one was interested in doing their job.

I got a custom hat from here and both times they messed up the hat. The first time they fixed the issue, but the second time they refused to fix the issue I had with the stitching. I got to that's just how the machine does it. I will not be getting anything stitched from here again.

The two stars are for a good selection. However, I wasn't greeted as I walked in, wasn't helped at all as I browsed several hats. Once I found the style and size I needed, I went to checkout and the guy was lacking in customer service. He was just there to ring up my hat and send me on my way.

A hat store. Got a good deal on a snap back for my gbaby. Employees were definately not anything special. No one spoke, nor smiled. It's was kinda uncomfortable

Not sure who was doing the embroidery/stitching today but that guy knows what he’s doing customer service wise. He was really cool and helpful with me as I was trying to figure out what I wanted and he was still helping other customers as they came up and around him. It was a really good experience for my first time at Lids ? #Bro

Asked the guy for help twice cause I couldn’t find what I was looking for. The best he could offer was to point in the general direction. Still couldn’t find what I was looking for so I left.
