We had an amazing experience getting our infant’s ears pierced. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and they made sure our baby was comfortable the entire time. Everything was well-explained, which really helped calm our nerves as parents. The piercer was gentle and efficient, and the results were perfect. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend them to any parent considering ear piercing for their little one.

This will be TMI but I am so happy with this experience I just can’t help it.
I booked an appointment online from a lot of verbal referrals from some waitresses at craftway kitchen, and boy oh boy I’m so happy I did. I brought my 4 year old daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time and it was nothing less than perfect.
When I got there I told them I read reviews saying they had low inventory and the woman at the front said that is true asked what i was looking for and luckily had what i wanted. (Loved the honesty)
We were brought back into the room and asked if we wanted waters which was surprising and so nice. My daughter was in a princess dress and they all complimented her and made small talk which was so welcoming. She was cold and they offered her a blanket and she happily took it, then she wanted to take her shoes off and they were very encouraging of doing whatever she needed to make her most comfortable. Colleen I believe was the piercer I could have her name wrong but she was also the owner gave us a step by step of what she was going to do and what she was doing as she proceeded which made the my daughter feel prepared. From start to finish it was less than 3 minutes. It wasn’t rushed or forced and was just amazing. She encouraged us to take pictures at the flower wall or the tree back drop and we did. It was so fun for us and my daughter loved it. It was a little pricey but I thought it was worth every penny, it’s good to do research before hand that way you are prepared for what you’re buying. Highly recommend.

Took my 8 month old daughter here to pierce her ears. The technician who did them appeared to be a very kind and sweet older lady and she was extremely efficient and skilled. I made the mistake of assuming I could bring my own earrings for the piercing but the shop does require you purchase their earrings from in store. That being said, I would recommend calling in advance to see if they have the earrings you want since all I needed were the basic white gold ball studs - which was advertised as sold out online but fortunately today they did carry them. The other gemstone earrings that looked beautiful were a bit overpriced imo. Aside from this, my baby did not cry one bit and the entire process was very easy and smooth. I also wonder if I could’ve saved myself $20 to omit the numbing cream instead and I was a bit confused since the website also stated there is a four week aftercare appt but nobody had mentioned that to me, so not sure if it’s necessary or not? Aside for some minor issues, it was overall a pleasant experience!
Update as of 12.13.25 — today I took my second daughter to get her ears pierced also at 8 mo old. Perfect and super easy experience. I was able to bring the original studs from a couple years ago from my eldest daughter to use for my youngest daughter’s piercing.

Just came to get spacers in my newer piercing for my cheer competition! I diddnt catch her name, but the employee was so nice! She replaced them super quick, and said it was free! She wouldn't even take a tip. She was great and I wish her well!

I had to take my nose ring out for a surgery. I needed assistance, due to it having a flat back. LilyGrace Piercings took it out and then put it back in free of charge. Many places would charge for this, even though it doesn't take much time at all. They were so kind, patient and professional when I texted some questions beforehand and when they assisted me. Their store is very clean with cute decor. I would definitely go to them for a piercing in the future and highly recommend them.

Make an appointment! They can get busy but the place is super clean, cute and professional! Chandler and Kiera (I hope I spelt their name right) were nice! Kiera was super professional, friendly and quick! I didnt even feel anything. I highly recommend! Perfect for your little ones for sure! Already referred my friends for their lil ones!
