Lisa Birdsong was absolutely amazing to work with on our home sale. She really worked hard for us. Whether you are selling a million dollar home or a $100,000 home, you will get five star treatment either way.

In my opinion, "Lisa Birdsong Real Estate Group" did not do a good job as Seller's agent when I bought my house.
Their firm had this house for I guess more than 2 months before the closing date.
The issues I found during this property transactions are:-
1. The house physical keys were not provided, nor did they ever disclose that keys were missing. When I pointed out (after purchase), I received a very blunt reply stating that they have passed-on whatever they received from seller. Now what I don't understand is that how come they were not aware of missing keys, when they had the house for few months during staging and until closing.
2. The doorbell was never reset, and "Lisa Birdsong Real Estate Group" never ensured that seller de-registered from all devices even months after closing.
3. The house was not clean at the time of closing. On top of that they left the garbage bins full, toilet seats had stains, loose parts etc.
4. Damaged the front door frame during unloading/removal of staging furniture.
Overall, I feel that the firm was not meticulous in their job and responsibilities.

Let me start by saying I am not the easiest person to work with my husband and I toured about 50+ houses.

I purchased my primary home with Lisa Birdsong realty group, Wendy Kim was my realtor. It was really a wonderful experience working with Wendy, couldn't have asked for more. As a first time home buyer, everything was new for me and she helped me out in every step of it, from showing as many houses I wanted, bringing her own recommendations with an understanding of what I was looking for, to helping me negotiate the contracts and finally walking me through eclvery step of the post contract signing process and providing good references for different contacts/service providers needed. I would recommend Wendy Kim for any first time home buyer or even for experienced buyers, as she will leave no stone unturned in the process.

I cannot imagine trusting my real estate needs to anyone other than Lisa. She has helped us with the sale of 2 homes and the purchase of 1. Our most recent experience is as follows: She told us exactly what to do, what to expect, and where (dollar-wise) we could expect to list if we did or didn't take her recommendations. We did EXACTLY what she said. Our home was on the market FIVE DAYS. We received a full CASH OFFER. We closed just shy of 30 days. Lisa is an expert in buying and selling homes. I trusted her with my life. I dare say, people that work with her ethics, that check every box, leave no stone unturned, (not to mention are DELIGHTFUL to be around) are few and far between these days.
