On this specific night, this location was VERY backed up but really apologetic. I assume they were short staffed and just trying their best. I was very understanding and waited patiently.I do have to say that the last 2 times we’ve gotten pizza from here it was severely undercooked.

Ordered my pizza thru the app, the pizza was ready at the promised time and I did not have to wait for pickup.

Pizza is as Little Caesars pizza is. Not the best of worst. I am not satisfied with their marinara sauce. my order came with sauce, and I paid for an additional sauce as well. When you add them together you have about one full sauce.

I ordered through the app, and it happily charged me and told me when my order would be delivered. But an hour later, I got a message telling me the order was cancelled, and that I should call. So, I did so, and their agent told me that the delivery driver related that the location was closed.I had a hard time believing that, and to be honest I was pretty rude to the poor CS agent, and I wound up driving to the location to see what was going on. Sure enough, it was closed with a sign on the door saying the AC is out.Ok... so the store really is closed, but the Little Ceaser's app is still taking orders. Long story short I now have to wait 10 days to get my money back, which honestly is preposterous and only adds insult to injury. When I arrived at the store, there were multiple other people there trying to pick up orders, so I'm sure I'm not the only unhappy customer.I get it: it's hot, and it really isn't fair to expect people to work next to a blazing pizza oven without AC. Things happen. But absolutely when this sort of thing goes down and you have to close your store, you absolutely should not keep taking orders online, that's just nuts. I mean, you are charging people the money and not delivering the service. That's basically theft. Beyond that, it's just a really cruddy customer experience; how many customers won't order from them again? I know I will think twice.
