Harrison completed a repair on our Samsung refrigerator. He is professional, competent, and very efficient. He arrived within the time window as promised. I recently had a terrible experience with this LG service company - LNS Service, that left me feeling scammed and frustrated. Initially, they charged me $450 to fix an issue, but the problem persisted after 3 weeks. Now, they want to charge an additional $300, claiming it's for further repairs with condenser. After reading reviews, it's evident that I'm not the only one who feels this way. It's clear this company is engaging in unethical practices, and I strongly advise against using their services. Beware and avoid at all costs!Zero Stars!!

The technician came to our home the first time and charged us $300 to repair our washer and dryer. He left the place in a mess and the repair did not work. When we rescheduled to solve the problem, he did not offer a solution and said he could not rectify the situation because it was a two person job. He also stated that he was leaving the country and would recommend someone else to fix the problems. He was very unhelpful and could care less that he basically absconded with our $300 without addressing the issues encountered with the washer and dryer. He was a total slug without any concern for needs. We asked him to leave and proceeded to an appliance store to purchase a new washer and dryer. What a waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company, it will save you time and money.

No stars, he came to fix a problem, they replaced a part, but never tried to figure out why the part needed to be replaced, a week later we stared having the same issue, now they want charge me to come back out and diagnose the issue that should have done the 1st time

I’ve had Harrison come out two separate times. My 2 year old LG refrigerator stopped making ice, I replaced the ice machine myself but no go, then hired a Sears tech but he couldn’t figure it suggesting a broken circuit board so I replaced that myself but still wouldn’t work. Harrison correctly made the diagnosis that the door had to be replaced which did the trick. He also gave me an estimate on my two year old LG microwave that stopped working but the magnetron cost about half a new one so I didn’t get it fixed. Recently the LG compressor went out on the fridge but since it’s only 4 years the linear converter was still under warranty and he fixed it. This is a very responsive, reliable and competent company. Had a leaky LG washer. He was super friendly and took care of the issue quickly. We found another tiny leak a week later and he came back to fix it the next day free of charge. Talked to a guy about my TV repair needs and he said to text him details. I did. NO RESPONSE! Followed up next day and asked if he was going to provide a quote. NO RESPONSE, AGAIN!Highly unprofessional!

Samsung sent technicians from Nisi USA 3 times to fix our ice maker without any success. Nisi USA didn't communicate nor respond for their failed attempts. The 4th time after I asked Samsung for another service center other than Nisi, they sent Harrison from LNS to fix our ice maker. He was communicative, professional and caring to find out the real issue. After few trips to replace ice maker and eventually main board, ice maker issue was fixed. LNS repaired my LG Refrigerator, replacing the compressor. They were responsive, professional, on time and did a quality job. Replacing a compressor is a difficult job and they had parts on hand, while making quick work of it. I’d recommend their service to anyone in need of appliance repair.
