First time dining in since the pandemic began. This location was slow to reopen its dining room after Covid went away. I think it only reopened due to Bojangles opening up two doors down.I had the L5 Fish&Chicken combo meal. The combo meal no longer comes with both fries and hush-puppies. It is either or fries or hush-puppies as a side item. I was disappointed by that as the prices weren't any less expensive.The food was good, the workers were courteous, but the dining room is worn out. Ripped up booths, condiments only available by asking for them, trash containers missing push doors, and an unplugged tv on the wall.We like both LJS and KFC. The staff at this location is good, but it seems ownership doesn't want to invest in the property to make this a desirable location to visit.

Food was normal LJS food. I was the only inside person, and it appeared the Mgr was meeting with someone. But the lobby had trash everywhere, the tables were dirty and the furniture needed repaired. I'd guess it's time for new management.

Manager was so friendly to my wife and I. My wife loves LJS for some reason. I ate KFC and got the big box for lunch. Lots of food for only 10 bucks. Great value and great service.

Terrible service with the Hispanic guy in drive thru. I ordered a 8 piece nugget and got a 3 piece meal. Also asked for a large drink and received a medium. I think y'all need better employees and train a bit better

I came through the drive thru today to get a fish plank. I ordered one fish plank, and the guy said okay and disconnected. I drive up to the window and get charged 5.40. He asks what sauce, and I asked if he had tartar sauce. He gave me a look, and I wondered why. I drive off and pull over to see wings. I park, and as I am parking, the guy that helped me left. I walk inside to chaos. A girl that was helping the drive thru came over to talk to me, and as she was helping me, we got interrupted for her to get cussed at by another customer. The cashier didn't respond (neither would I) until she calmed down. She ended up getting her order right and cussed and yelled at the cashier some more. I got my order correct and got refunded and left. I felt really bad for the cashier. Y'all should really look into getting help. I gave it 3 stars only because the cashier was really helpful as she was backed into a corner and wondering why people were walking out on her. The food was good and hot. No complaints there. I just felt super bad. So, if you come into this location, be patient.

The food itself was soggy and unremarkable, but the service alone is enough to not come back; the cashier was inattentive to not only me but the customer before me who had to repeatedly ask for the food they ordered only to be met with a sarcastic smirk and comment. I recognize being in customer service these days isn't pleasant but this is unacceptable. This experience is exactly why all of Yum brands are losing market share.
