Sales person followed up on email I sent, but didn't bother reading any of the notes and attempted to take the call when jumping in her car. She stumbled around and didn't bother actually listening to the customer at all. Told her I will go elsewhere as she was not bringing any value to the discussion.

We purchased a door from Love That Door for our new build. The process of ordering was smooth. The door arrived within the time frame they provided, and the door quality is exactly what we were expecting. We did have them come out a few times to
make small adjustments at my builder's request. I was pleasantly surprised they were happy to come and make any adjustment needed. The door looks great and is a great piece for our new home.

We found Love That Door while researching companies specializing in wrought iron doors, and visited their Frisco location to see if their products would be right for us. We met with Jen Suckow, who took the time to explain the process and products even though we did not have an appointment. She was friendly and thorough, which helped us to feel comfortable moving forward with them.
We made a formal appointment, and she helped us through the process of creating a custom design for our door. She is a very creative person, which worked well to help us generate ideas. After we got the first drawing back, we significantly changed it. They were prompt with the adjustments we wanted, and provided clear communication on the expected timeline.
It did take the full extent of the communicated timeline almost to the day, but it was completely worth it. Installation was relatively smooth and trouble-free. The team was neat, careful, and detailed. They were able to line all of the crews up so that the door was installed, bricked, and touched up all in the same week.
Attached are before and after photos of the door. It has completely changed the way our entry looks and feels, and brought so much light into what was a dark entryway. I’m sure everyone says this, but we really do love that door! Do yourself a favor and ask for Jen if you are doing a custom design. She can very quickly figure out what you are really wanting from your inspiration, and balance that with what would be practical and fit the space the door will occupy. I would definitely recommend them, and we can’t wait to work with them on other projects in our home!

Great Experience! We researched several companies to remove a bank of windows and a wall and replace with a sliding wall. LTD was great to work with throughout the process. They spent all the time we needed to understand the doors and process. The manufacturing time ended up being less than expected and the install process was smooth and far better experience than I expected given we were going to have a giant hole in our house for a day. ALL the construction crews from demo, framing, brickwork and trim/painting were extremely mindful of the work and kept the patio and interior flooring well protected. Communications from the crews were exceptional as well. I felt like they treated our home as their own, not something you often get from contractors. The doors came out great and we couldn't be happier. Before and After photos.

I swear the crew was like the flash they were here then they were gone. Cleaned up behind themselves and installed very quickly and with no follow up brick work.
