You are much better off going to the Dallas location or just ordering online. Dallas location has much better service, and online shopping saves you from wasting your time. Brutal.

I had my eye set on a pair of shoes here. I visited the store to try them on before making a purchase because I was deciding between two colors. I was not greeted upon entering, and no one seemed eager to offer assistance once I found the style I wanted to try on. I actively had to seek someone out who was at the counter chatting with a coworker and request their assistance. I found the size I needed, but they did not have the color I wanted in the store. They found it for me at the Fort Worth location, so I drove there to see the color in person. Unfortunately, the customer service in Fort Worth was just as bad. The only reason they got 2 stars is because I truly do love the shoes, and I’ll allow that to bring up the poor customer service score.

We are disappointed with the customer service we received at the Frisco location. Bronzen promised us a pair of Ginas by November and we did not receive them and won’t get them until March. The alternative the store manager Dani offered us was a pair of beat up Ginas at an outlet store in El Paso.The Lucchese brand is incredible and the quality is unmatched. If you ever need a pair of boots or western clothing I would check out the Fort Worth location.

Terrible customer service. Walked in and although the store was nearly empty, I could not get a staff member to assist me with some boots! I was never greeted in or out. Glad I didn’t spend my $ at this store!

Branson and Ethan provided great customer service. They took my wife and I on a service journey that is worthy of the Lucchese name. We walked out of there with boots for me and her.

I bought a pair of boots in late April. I wear boots everyday and they are already falling apart. Not even being six months old I took them to the store for a repair. I was told it would be 12 weeks to have them repaired.A boot costing as much as they charge for boots should not fail in six months. If the boot falls apart in less than six months making it right should not take another three months to fix. So now I need a ranch boot for the next three months while this boot is repaired.If a boot doesn’t last a year no matter how good it looks it isn’t a boot worth getting. If company takes months to repair the damaged item leaving me with nothing the company isn’t worth doing business with. This will be the last pair of boots I buy from them.

We had a fantastic experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Melissa Vera helped us and she is very professional, and knowledgeable. My husband purchased his first pair of Luccese casual boot boot. We will definitely shop in there again.

I stopped in to see if they had a pair of boots I'd seen online and wanted to try on in person. The woman who helped me was friendly. I tried on a few pairs of boots and ended up purchasing the one I'd originally come in to try. They didn't have my size in store and are shipping them to me. I think my FedEx guy came by today, but I wasn't home. I do appreciate that a signature is required for delivery. Very excited to "get them Luccheses stompin' like the thunder" ;) if the DCC boots come back in stock, I'm absolutely snagging a pair of those.

Shout out to Bronson who helped me and my wife with our boots. Super knowledgeable guy really helped me in the direction on which boots to go with. He made me and my wife very comfortable working with him. Love this place and will be back

Love my Luccesse boots! Purchased a pair from Frisco that was actually shipped from a store in Albuquerque, NM. They shipped it directly to my house. My son put the delivery in his trunk and forgot all about them. In the meanwhile, Taylor, the manager, was working with me to get a refund because we thought they had been lost. They weren't. My son remembered them and gave them to me. I promptly called the store to apologize. Taylor was in my corner and willing to help! Thanks! Great quality boots!!!

Bad service.....walked in to buy, only one other customer in the store, Noone ever acknowledged my daughter and I were there. Left, no sale for them.
