Mia probably shouldn’t be working in customer service if she’s not nice to customers. Came in for an order that I did online. She had a complete attitude like I was ruining her day when all I had was an easy pickup order. I said please, thank you, gave her my name for the order and she wouldn’t even speak to me or look at me. Just absolute disgusting customer service. Spoke to the store manager and she said she’d have a conversation with her about it but whoever is reading this, I hope someone else much nicer than Mia helps you in the store. Especially with it being the Holidays you’d think management would instill friendly customer service.

I went there bought a pants today. I was the first one in line to check out . A white worker (female)passed me by and asked the person behind me if she can use the card, but she didn't even ask me. I was stunned for a few seconds and really felt uncomfortable. Why she doing this ? I am the first one in the line. Discrimination against Asians?

Visited this location on a Saturday midday and Joy was amazing. She was super helpful at checkout while managing to help the line move at a good speed, engage with her customers and interact with her associates.
Exceptional service and clean location.

I recently purchased discounted items in the Southlake store but after getting home looked at my receipt and saw that the all rang up at full price. I needed to be in Frisco today and decided to take them and the gentleman who helped me at the stonebriar location was so sweet. He said it's not my fault, the checkout person should have made sure to discount the items and he proceeded to give me back the difference on all my items! I don't know his name but I find all the Lululemon employees at this location are super nice!

I would have gave this store I 5 star but the cleaning is not great they are dust debris all over there brand new clothing but great prices and customer service but the cleaning is not all that when u buy something new that’s looks used already before u wear it is not good so 3star

I bought a pair of " casual pants" about 6 years ago. They are still usable on the farm for doing work inside and out or a quick rn to the store. They have some paint on them and a few holes where hot embers burned them. They are outstanding and very durable. I visited the store in Stonebriar Mall and bought another pair. Very quality product!!!

This company has a great product and amazing customer service!! I have bought several gift cards for my girls! Had a problem with one and it was taken care of within 4 minutes of my calling; no long hold or frustrating conversation that got nowhere. Very impressed!

The female working the register on Tuesday, December 26, 2024 at 1-1:30pm is a terrible person and quite frankly should lose her job. Rude and condescending to my wife who was simply trying to exchange a Christmas gift that didn’t fit. She first off lied and said the original credit card was required, even though (1) this is NOT the return/exchange policy according to the receipt, and (2) another (male) employee tried to assist and this lady stopped him and told my wife it was her fault for going to the store on a busy day. This employee is too stupid to realize this actually implies the policy changes based on the day. Terrible service which is a reflection of the management at this store. Never again.
