We were at the end of a long bday mall trip for my tween and we had to come in bc of the yummy smells. So glad we did bc Lydia noticed it was my daughters birthday and made her feel so incredibly special. She was so kind and knowledgeable and I just really appreciated it so much so I needed to make a review. The products here are incredible and you can actually feel good about using them and putting them on your skin. We will be back!

I just wanted to come on here and give Ray (Rayon) a huge shoutout. I always have a great experience in this store but Ray went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Truly, he probably has set my standards too high now for when I visit LUSH lol. He was so kind, attentive and even performed a demo for us of a bath bomb - it’s the fact that he took his time and was very informative about the whole thing. Thanks Ray!!! My daughter enjoyed her visit and so did I.

Went in to buy my boyfriend a Christmas gift and the absolutely lovely associate helped me find exactly what i was looking for, then he proceeded to want to walk the store. He asked about the product. This associate, i wish i got her name but she is my HERO. She remembered it, told him it was out of stock (not wrong, i got the last massive size he likes but they had but there were smaller) but to check online and see what they might have available. Friend, you saved Christmas 😭❤️💐 Thank you.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles, friendly hellos, and that unmistakable Lush scent. The staff were incredibly sweet and attentive, making it easy to find exactly what I needed. I don’t remember the name of the girl that helped me but she had curly black hair and was so sweet!! I especially appreciate their wide range of cruelty-free, eco-conscious products—everything from sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners to packaging-free and vegan options. Every product had a tester available, so I could try things out before buying, and I was even able to take home samples of items I wasn’t quite ready to commit to. It’s a feel-good shopping experience in every sense.👀♥️🫧

Lush Cosmetics is my favorite! I’ve been a fan for many years and every time I have great service and great products. I really prefer and love their face creams and the bath bombs are always a treat.

My experience at this location was more than wonderful! Ricky greeted me warmly when I entered the store, and encouraged me to ask questions if I had them. I wish I had gotten the lady in the masks name, she was extremely knowledgeable on new and existing products, and steered me in the right direction. Jillian made my checkout process easy and efficient, as well as being kind and helpful when I had acknowledged I was having a tough go at things. The staff at this location is truly wonderful, and helped turn my day around. Thank you Lush!

I’m in loveeee with the Super Milk hair spray and came in not knowing there were now perfumes and lotions! Thanks to Madison and Sabeen for showing me all of the new products! Their customer service was top notch. Super kind and friendly!
