Visited here for a return which went very smoothly with TEJATIL, she was very friendly And had exhibited good patience dealing with the customers.
Would like to revisit and see the same customer support person if needed.

I absolutely have to go shopping everytime I visit my friend, this place has amazing deals on alot of stuff. You can find a little bit of everything, great prices and some hard to find items. Lots of home goods, makeup, cleansers, shoes, bedding, and the set up when you enter is always new things in season.

Great place to shop for good deals. There are a lot of items that i did not expect to find there at very reasonable prices. The cashier was very helpful and understanding.

Very disappointed. I had a gift card and bought items on 6/28. I was overseas for the month of July. Work hours match the store hours so finally on 8/17 i had a chance to return. Right outside the store i realize it is 30 days return on the receipt. I walked in and the lady said nothing she can do since i am so late (2 weeks). On the way home i looked up the policy and say very flexible and 30 days can be overwritten by the manager easily. If i had no receipt it is 180 days so certainly they could have given me store credit. Chatted with customer service and they said manager could have easily overwritten please return to the store. What a joke that i wasted 1 hr to go there for the manager or whoever it was to not even care or look but just decline to return. Items were just not fitting, not worn, tags on and intact. Macy’s should do better!
