Terrible customer service with Magnolia. Invested in home entertainment system and smart house. Nothing works for 5 days. I’ve made 11 phone calls to the store and toll free number and no one will return my call. I’ve also personally visited the store with no success. The Savant operating system used to operate the home is error prone and constantly down.

Came to the store couple of days ago in hopes to setup my media room for the big game but 4 of them were just in a room talking to each other and didn’t even come out to help out the customers. I waited about 20 minutes (along with other customers) but nope, still in the room talking to each other. They saw us but seemed like they didn’t care.

The man who helped me with not one, but numerous things was very patient and helpful. The man at the checkout was great as well!

I ordered item online and picked up from the store but when tried to return they can’t find item serial number. Per manager it is very normal with apple product. So think when you try to return you can’t. Asked me to call care. Now I am on hold from last 30 mins.Pathetic customer service and support. This was my last purchase at Best Buy.

What a fabulous experience we had with Best Buy! Charlie got us all set up at the store in Frisco with what we needed to install 4 new TV's. Alex and Ben showed up on time and ready to help us. They had great suggestions and went above and beyond to make sure every thing was perfect! Highly recommend the Magnolia team!
