Amazing customer service! Had no idea what I wanted for a recommitment ring and Asa at Marc Samuel’s made it happen and about put me in tears with the outcome. In three hours, I had a product ready after telling him I only had about 24 hours before leaving on a trip where I’m going to ask my wife to marry me again.

Although not the same size stone when repaired they offered me a satisfactory discount and the ring was repaired to like new condition and in a timely manner.

Marc Samuels is a location my wife and I have been to twice now. We both have rings from there and love them. Their customer service is excellent and they offer a lot of services as well as an in house jeweler so that you don't have to ship off your items.

This a long over due review ( sorry Murad ). In 2015 my wife and I purchased 3 Rolex watches from Marc Samuels Jewelry Store and the, Owner Murad, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He treated us like we were old friends. He was incredibly fair on the trade in value of my Rolex and very reasonably priced on the new Rolex’s we purchased. He also did a fantastic job on resetting my wife’s diamond ring in a new setting we purchased from him. Over the past 9 years he has stood behind everything we purchased from his store. He recently added a link to my Rolex and didn’t charge me for it (It's a submariner two tone gold) so it wasn’t cheap. My wife lost a stone on her ring and he replaced it (also no charge). A few years ago one of her Rolex’s watch pins had a problem and he fixed it (no charge). Murad, is not only a gentleman, he’s is also very fair as well as honest. His prices are fair and his customer support is outstanding ! His staff is also very nice and helpful as well. If you’re considering purchasing any nice jewelry or watches I would highly recommend a visit this store, you’d be doing yourself a favor.

Had a very great experience working with Mr. Talha Rashid (Tom) in choosing the engagement ring. From start to finish, everything was communicated thoroughly and I could not be any more impressed by how smooth everything went. Tom took his time helping us choose the right ring and answered all relevant questions related to the process. Amazing staff and ownership. They are so hospitable and knowledgeable. They are also very fair in whatever deal you are making. The selection of diamonds, rings, watches or anything else you want is unsurpassed in options as well as quality. My family has done business here for years, and I actually travel to work with them myself. Awesome people!!!
