Many of the therapists are pretty good , the price is reasonable , and scheduling is fairly easy. The reason for my rating is due to the front desk staff and especially the new manager (I believe her name is Kami ). The front desk staff clearly lacks training , and after speaking with Kami the reason for the unprofessional atmosphere is clear .

Jessica is amazing! She is incredibly detailed and knowledgeable about skincare, providing personalized recommendations that really make a difference. I love that she takes her time and ensures that you are truly relaxed by providing a neck, shoulder, and scalp massage with each session. Her facials are by far the best I’ve experienced in all my years with Massage Envy and anywhere else. She definitely gives you a luxurious experience. This location is dishonest!!
The changed the account name and now saying my daughter can’t use the service when the account was created for her. Definitely will never use again going forward. Tons of credits and says I still need to pay for 2 months so just waiting to cancel.
1 - 12 month commitment - they tell you you can cancel anytime!
2 - you can credit someone else to use your month but only once every 6 months - they told me it was my daughter’s account but I could use the credit for a facial. I guess when I came in the second time rather than tell the truth they changed the account to my name. Now my daughter can’t get massages.
This location with say whatever lie to get you to sign up!

One of the best massages of my life and I have gotten massages all over the US and in many other counties. Entire experience start to finish was excellent. When booking my appointment, i told the team member that I was from out of town and shared some of my ailments. I asked for a therapist that was really good in those areas. Boy did she hook me up! If you have neck, back issues or any other muscle/joint pains go see Bobby at the Stonebriar location! Highly highly recommend. I seldom write reviews but the team there deserves high accolades!
