Tobi and her team were completely amazing and very helpful. Tobi personally lead me to add enhancements that tailored to the problems I have been having. 10/10 recommend this location to everyone.

Signed up for a membership through our corporate benefits for my wife. I had to cancel the membership due to my wife's job change as she was no longer able to make any of the sessions.When cancelling, I examined the cancellation acknowledgement and clause. It mentions nothing about my wife no longer being able to use the credits since the account was under my name.When i signed up and spoke with their rep, this wasn't an issue. Also the membership was not location dependent. I was allowed to use this in any location and my wife was able to use my account, but when I called to use my 2 remaining session credits for my wife, they said I am not allowed to transfer those credits to her because I cancelled my membership. I asked very nicely if anything can be done as a workaround since I would be loosing the paid 2 Sessions since I was unable to go either and reiterated that this was not in the cancelation clause. They said no. The Manager then said that because I was signed up with the San Francisco branch, i should call and complain to them since they are just a franchise. At this point I hung up and contacted by companies benefits department.Massage Envy would not provide the service I paid for by honoring the 2 remaining sessions to be used by my wife and again, the cancellation acknowledgement does not state that it can not be transferred. It only states that we have 60 days to use the remaining accrued sessions.Very disappointed at this place. I've requested my company's benefits department to remove this establishment as an option.

I loved the positive atmosphere and excellent service provided by the front desk when booking my appointment! I have never been to a massage envy before but I can definitely say I will be going back after my massage!

Worst customer service ever. I called to make appointments for two of my friends as well as myself and told them I was going to transfer two of my massages to my friends and would pay the $10 transfer fee per massage. They said that was great they booked us and when we were done, they said I could only transfer one massage. After letting them know I was not going to pay for another massage because they told me I could transfer to when I booked the massages. They charged my friend for two massages at $120 each. Needless to say I will be canceling my membership, and I highly recommend .

I had a Microderm service by Emiley. She was amazing! She was so kind and sweet through the whole session. I definitely would recommend her for your facial services. My skin was glowing! I will be booking with her again for sure!!

The masseuse, Joe, was awesome. Was not happy with the people at the front desk. We had $240 worth of gift cards that were purchased at the same time which were also checked to confirm the balance prior to the massage. When we got out they said that two of them expired and we owed $40. Pretty sure the back of the gift cards said that they did not expire. Seemed to be a pretty shady experience for a first timer.

Originally had a membership and a therapist I really liked, but she has cancelled last minute ON THE DAY OF for the past 2 months. So unprofessional and frustrating. As for the business, Don’t let them scam you into a membership because they are very aggressive about any changes to it (even due to health reasons). The management is never there and during the interactions we’ve had where she actually responds, she’s extra rude. I won’t be coming here again and recommend others don’t either unless you’re satisfied with wasting your time month after month when you can book at a place more reliable and with better customer service. Requested a call from the manager and have yet to hear anything, but they sure are quick to email me about cancelling all my unused credits!

I have been a loyal Massage Envy customer for the past 16 years and the front desk of this location is by far the worst. Love my massage therapist, but the front desk has no clue how to communicate to customers. Drove 20 minutes today and waited in the lobby 15 minutes just to be told my therapist called out today. Why couldn't they call and let me know before I wasted my time and gas?! Find another location to join. You'll regret this place.

I had the best massage experience ever at this place! Sherry truly went above and beyond. She attentively listened to my concerns and meticulously focused on addressing my problem areas. It was evident that she was dedicated to ensuring I left without the pain I walked in with. Her skills are simply unbelievable! Even after almost a week, I still feel amazing. Thank you, Sherry, for an exceptional and rejuvenating session. I can't wait to return for another outstanding massage!

I have been going to this location for almost 2 years now and have been seeing Chelsey bi-weekly. She's been awesome. Focuses on the areas that need work, and specializes in deep tissue, which I've found over the years is really hard to find. (Seen 10+ therapists prior to her) She is hands down one of the best. I will continue going to this location for as long as she is employed - she is that good.The front desk staff has also been great. Quick to check me in and out and has a good sense of humor.

Chelsey is knowledgeable in massage techniques, and works well in the communication before the massage during and after.She listens to concerns and complaints about problem areas that need extra focus.Edit: opinion hasn't changed. Chelsey continues to be a top notch massage therapist. As I work long hrs daily I need frequent therapy to offset the wear and tear that I inflict on myself. My massage therapist works with Mt needs to help me recover quicker.
