Assistant Director Kaitlyn is extremely unprofessional. If you have a problem she will not help, she will hang up on you repeatedly and will not provide a phone number or email to complain on her and how she treats people. Do not buy gift cards online bc if you make a mistake THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!

Paige at the front desk was awesome, and so receptive to suggestions I had to make an appointment at the spa a more relaxing and ambient experience. She signed me up for a year long membership and answered all of my questions with patience. Tiffany was my masseuse, and she was very accommodating.

Very disappointed. Wanted to treat myself to a massage and use a voucher through TollPerks. I carefully read through all the stipulations and looked up their pricing online. Was ready to book but was informed that they use a different pricing for TollPerks, which doesn’t really save you any money at all. I just wish they’d be upfront about it on their website and through TollPerks. It’s really not respectful to lure customers like this. I’ve emailed TollPerks to get my points back, hoping they will pick another spa to do business with in the future.

Very shady business practices. I cancelled my membership and they had stopped charging my card. As of this year they are charging my card again. No new membership that I signed up for. Beware!

Emailed on the 4th, 9 days later still no response . Unprofessional., especially since Addison location responded in one day. Strange to not have regular retail prices online available (only first one time price shown).

Highly recommend a deep tissue massage with Ling! & Kimberly also for a facial. Destinee’s service was welcoming, the atmosphere was peaceful and the hot stone and aromatherapy addition was so beautifully paired.

My boyfriend and I both had an amazing experience! We saw Ling and Fiona for deep tissue massages, and they were both incredible. We’re both quite tall and deal with regular back pain, and they really focused on our biggest problem areas. They got deep into the muscles, and I could feel the difference right away—my shoulders feel so much looser and so much better.
The hot stones and aromatherapy were also a really nice touch and made the whole experience even more relaxing.
Big shoutout to Olivia as well—she helped me book and recommended the right therapists for us. She was super helpful and made everything so easy. Highly recommend!

My husband and I came for 60 min couples massage that started 12 mins late and ended 5 mins early. When I brought it up to the front desk at the end, they were very defensive about it and couldn’t do anything to make it right, but force us to buy another massage. She just kept trying to say that the massage is 50 minutes and then actually saw that we got started late and said there’s no excuse for that… But then she couldn’t do anything about it. They also asked a day before for us to move the massage time back 30 minutes so we could get the full massage and then send a text at the wrong time slot and so there was very bad communication and it makes sense why we didn’t get the full-time because they are very disorganized. Not only that, but when we told the masseuse that we had a free add-on, they had no idea. If it weren’t for the defensiveness and the lack of professionalism, I may have considered getting another one. But it was how they handled themselves and how disorganized they were, confusing, and also defensive that completely turned me off about this place. When you pay for every minute at top dollar, every minute it matters.
Elements massage in Frisco is way better!
