I was exchanging a mattress because the first one that I picked was too firm for me. They made it very easy and the salesman was extremely patient even as I tried mattress after mattress. With back problems it’s important I get it right and he was very thorough and very helpful.

I initially began my product search at Mattress Firm with a location In Mesquite. Mike did a wonderful job in trying to assist, but did not carry in stock what I needed. He therefore referred me to the Frisco Parkway location, resulting in my experience with Leon. Mattress Firm has excellent staff!

Wow! If it sounds too good to be true it probably is! First night of sleep, the matress has NO support and sinks down! When i sit on the side of the bed to get in and out the matress sinks down to the frame! Then my side of the bed sinks down! This matress has no support whatsoever! Its made very cheap and when we were making the bed and lifted it up it was light as a feather. Its just stuffing! This bed is marked as a $1700 bed and was on sale for $625 and now we see why! Its also so low to the ground we cant see the top of our nightstand and clock. It was not advertised as a low profile bed but it is! Nothing about this bed is as advertised! What a waste of our money. We will never buy from MF again!
