Frisco, TX store. I love the customer service and friendly employees, but the store is not ADA friendly. The racks are pushed so close to each other it's hard to search for items, you can barely squeeze through, and there's no place to sit to try on shoes without having to drag them back and forth from the shoe area to the back dressing rooms. With my situation, I try to buy online, but still have to come in when things don't fit. Sadly, I may not be able to return to the store, it hurts my leg too much to try all the back and forth. Meaning, I may not be able to buy from Maurices going forward. Management, please think of people like myself.

The ladies that work at this location are wonderful. They make returns/exchanges easy, never make me feel like a nuisance, they’re helpful with dressing rooms and finding things even when the store is busy. I’ve been in half a dozen times over the last year and the store is consistently organized, clean, with friendly staff.

Me and my husband waltzed in to Maurice's thinking we would have an amazing experience! I was wrong. The lady with black hair was over talkative and mean to the other associates. Don't waste your time.

Everyone there has been so nice and pleasant to work with. Right now I'm pregnant and bought lots of clothes online, they have been great but ran big so I reordered pants and have been in to do some returns. While some places get upset with returns yall do not and once I can fit into regular clothes again I'll be shopping all the other cute clothes they offer. The bralettes are also wonderful!!!

The sizing is a bit confusing. I am plus sized, but I purchased two dresses both in XXL and they fit better than the 1xl in plus size. The workers are similar to Lane Bryant in that they take care of you before you try clothes on and you get your own fitting room with your name written on the outside of the door. The styles are very cute and the sales are pretty amazing. I’ll be back soon!

I absolutely love Maurices. One, no matter which location you go to, the staff is trained so well to be attentive to your needs. Two, I love that you can check store stock online, or have online items shipped to the store for free. Three, their clothes are always so cute and on trend with a great size variety. I always get so many compliments on my clothes from here and have turned on a lot of friends to this store!
