I strongly recommend McCabe's for your home theater needs. I ordered a theater chair and a Palliser sectional from them in January 2022 and it was delivered in May 2022. The shipping company damaged it upon delivery, and even though it wasn't their fault, McCabe's worked with me every step of the way to make sure it was fixed. Tony was a huge help, and definitely delivered top notch customer service, which is SO important when ordering expensive furniture like this, especially online. Can't go wrong ordering from them!

Buyer Beware!!! I am extremely disappointed!!!I placed an order for the Pallister ZG5 for my 80 year old mother on the Mother’s Day weekend. I received an order confirmation and receipt via email from Erin at McCabe’s. Everything was great! I called the next day and spoke with Tony McCabe, to ask about an upgrade (ZG6) and to purchase another recliner (Call 1). I was told that Erin would handle that and that he would pass it on and she would call back as soon as possible. Erin has never returned my call, so I called back and once again spoke with Tony (Call2). This time he told me the color I selected was discontinued and that Erin would call back so I could change the color. I agreed however, once again we never received a call back. Today, May 23, 2022, my husband called and spoke with Tony McCabe (call 3). My husband explained what the call was about and that we had not received a call back from Erin and reminded Tony about the color change. Again, he said he would check into it and call back. The last call came from Tony (call 4), we were informed that Erin should have called and cancelled the order and that the website had not been updated, so they just cancelled the order with no attempt to honor the sale or offer a reasonable resolution for our time and charge on our credit card that Erin should’ve credited the account.Be wary of conducting business with this vendor!

Found McCabe's online as we're in MD, but after poor selection and bad experiences from other local and online vendors, we decided to at least call and see... Erin was more than helpful in answering questions and clarifying options, time lines, etc., so we were comfortable making the purchase. We are overjoyed with the purchase as the chairs look great! Erin even checked in with us to ensure the delivery went well... icing on the cake!

WOW! Were we surprised! I pulled up and said to the wife this place is too small and probably doesn't have what we want. We go in and they have several great pieces and it turned out the very best seating we were shopping for. Erin is super nice and helpful. Shop local and shop the best!

For the very best in quality, pricing and customer service, there is nowhere else to go, but McCabe’s Theater & Living! They have the widest variety of truly amazing theater and home living furniture, that will work for every budget. The owner is just the SWEETEST human and Erin will make sure your experience is one you’ll always remember and truly cherish. One of the greatest things about this store and it’s ownership is that they respect everyone’s right to do as they please. For anyone who is worried about a virus with less than 2% death rate, you should probably just lock yourself in your house and hide the rest of your life. I will never go anywhere else for my theater and living furniture needs!

Can't say enough about how pleased I was with my purchase. Tony went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and he restored my faith in the furniture bying process. McCabe's has a great selection for several budget levels. I would highly recommend doing business with McCabe's. Great local experience.
