They didn’t allow me to see where they put my dog. They said we can only show you on “Saturdays” .. excuse me !!!?So I couldn’t even see where they put my dog or even look at the suit I booked for her, just take your words for it !!!?I don’t trust them

McKeesport Pet Place takes such good care of our dogs each time. We have had social dogs and a dog that is afraid of other dogs, and I have felt that the needs of each type of pet has been met. The staff is caring and knowledgeable about animals as well.

Our girls Sadie and Chloe look fabulous and smell great after yesterday’s grooming appt! We’ve had challenges getting Sadie’s coat groomed properly after her illness but the groomer did an amazing job trimming and getting rid of the tricky knots. Added bonus - they pretty much crashed at home after their morning playtime before their grooming. Yay! Thank you for always taking great care of our fur babies!

Disastrous and pathetic quality of care. Expect to pay extra money for a “common room” for your dog to hang out in unless you want them trapped in a small cage the entire time. They allow dogs to get severely violent with each other, and returned a bed absolutely drenched in pee. The dogs we picked up were itching and yeast-infested after their stay, along with a horrible and rude staff, this place is one of the most pathetic excuses of a “care facility” I have ever seen, being closer to an enclosure for chickens who are farmed for their eggs.

after 2 weeks of boarding i went to pick up my pups and they both had yeast infections in they’re paws, they’re beds were covered in urine, and my elderly dog had lost 2 pounds (14 lb chihuahua). they literally abused these babies i’m so upset that i put my trust in this awful place.

Outstanding customer service and wonderful people. Really nice open, clean, and overall great facility. I feel a good level of comfort leaving my pets at McKee's.

My dog is very sensitive and this was her 1st time in daycare. The staff did an amazing job! You can tell that they really care about the animals there.
