My attendant was helpful, however if you wear any kind of non standard size, GO ELSEWHERE.These clowns had 2 pairs of pants in the entire store to fit me. In the most expensive range (of course). (40/32, nothing crazy)Where we get into truly weird stuff is my shirts.I was put in a sample shirt that did not fit and told the ones in my size weren't available for try on.Do you think people are unintelligent? Try on isn't available because these shirts look crazy on the body despite "fitting" I've been burned many times before and they can't be tailored out of looking terrible unless they look somewhat decent out of the package.I was then directed to try online custom ordering, at 10x the cost and trouble for a shirt that will still look like garbage.Get it together Men's Wear house.

Rented a tux for my son’s prom and rush ordered and paid the fees to have it here by “Wednesday or Thursday at the latest”. When I called to check on it Thursday I was told it would not be there until Friday. I simply said that I was told Thursday it would be there which gave time for adjustments and plenty of time for Saturday prom. Juanita who claims to be the store manager very rudely said and I quote “I can just refund the whole order and you can go elsewhere if you are unsatisfied”. What a way to ruin someone’s experience who has been coming that store for over 10 years buying and renting several times including my own wedding. I don’t blame Men’s warehouse as I have always had a good experience, but I will be going to the Prosper location from now on.

Purchased a suit, shirt & tie for my son for prom. I was duped by the sales guy into buying a shirt that was too small. I told him we needed larger but he assured me it was the right size. Event time - guess what, the shirt was way too small. Tried to take it back and they refused since it was worn. So buyer beware - the “guarantee” means nothing.

Shafoin helped me while I was browsing in the store. Very attentive and help provide suggestions on what would look good with my dress shirts, was able to pick up some nice shoes as well. Friendly service and she went above and beyond. Great experience!

I purchased a jacket from here last night and when I got home I realized it was a little snug with a dress shirt underneath it. I took it back this morning to request a refund or exchange and I was turned away by the store manager because I removed the tags and them in my hand when I walked in. Apparently items can’t be returned once the tags have been removed.I drove 20 minutes down the street to the next location and they gladly processed my exchange for a jacket that was just the right size for me. Interesting experience..

I cannot thank Josh and his crew enough for handling a last-minute alteration job and adding a couple of key accessories. A very busy location, but I never waited or felt rushed. I’m from Illinois, but felt like a regular! Thank you Josh!

Don't trust their tailors! I wanted a linen suit for a beach wedding and made the mistake of going to Men's Warehouse thinking they would be a better value for a suit I wouldn't wear often. Over the course of my time working with them, and given all of the issues I encountered it was a lot of time, I observed some of the sales people were knowledgeable and others not so much. But those unknowledgeable seemed to be the ones "hard selling " customers the most. The jacket and pants I selected needed to be tailored and that's where things went south. When I returned to pick up the altered suit, the middle of the jacket had been taken in but not the lower portion, creating this awful bell effect and making the jacket/me look really wide in the hips. Middle taken in so far that I could barely button it. They completely forgot to hem the pants. So they said they would try to fix it in the next two days before I was set to fly out for the wedding. Return again and this time they can't find my suit in their completed alterations section. They finally found it and still horrible issues with the jacket. By this point I'm livid given the multiple tailoring fails. The only saving grace to this horrible experience was the manager who heard me out and helped to expedite the alterations. I ultimately wore an old suit I had as this one was hideous and unwearable. Personally I will never again step foot in a Men's Warehouse. Anyone who frequents this location I would encourage to have any tailoring done elsewhere.

Just wanted to update this because sometimes Yelp gets rid of reviews. This place treated me horribly when I had a simple request. Have never set foot in a Men's Warehouse since.

The person who helped me was great. The stock in the store for my size was not available. Turn around time on the tailoring & shipping to the store isn't the greatest. Prices are very reasonable for what is offered.

Best customer service and best clothing options for gentlemen! The In house fitting and tailoring is so convenient. With a growing teenage young man, getting a sore, it’s nice to know that I can take it in for free re-tailoring in order to have long use of the suite instead of constantly buying ones.

Diane was the most attentive and respectful manager there is. She listened to my issue and made my problem hers and solved it right away. No questions asked! Saved the day and didn't hesitate. Will recommend this store to anyone and everyone. No complaints about any employees and very welcoming atmosphere.

I saw about 6 different “pink” options online so I drove to the closest brick and mortar store to take a look. In about 30 seconds the young lady let me know they don’t have the same stuff as online and I could go home. Zero help, waist of a drive. This was my first experience in your store since high school. I can see why this store has never been recommended.

I didn’t have the best experience with a young lady from Russia. I find her to be extremely rude and disrespectful. I only shop at this location and have never had a bad interaction until today. I have made multiple message to the store manager but haven’t heard back from him!
