I had the best experience this evening. I was looking for a very specific frame size. When I called earlier, the person I spoke with misunderstood the size I was looking for. When I came by the store, the same frame specialist(Dalton)was apologetic and super nice in trying to make sure that I got what I was looking for. Since they didn’t have the size I needed, he said “I’ll make you one”. It took him ten minutes. He said that this important date isn’t too common, so we have to make sure you have what you came for. He walked the custom frame to my car and gave me recommendations on how to adhere the backing once completely dry. To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement. Dalton was extremely kind, friendly, and very helpful!

I went there on NOvember 16, 2023, hoping to find some 8x10 canvas panels, no deal. I'm not sure if staff were lazy to stock them or they just never re ordered. THere were other sizes in stock but not those. No other brand in stock, just theirs. The aisles are too crushed together with the holiday displays and I could hardly move through. The staff are unfriendly and don't offer help. Won't visit again. I'll try Amazon from now on.

Dropped a picture off for framing. Told it would take 2 weeks and we can pick up on February 5th. Went there today, February 4th and they hadn't even started on it yet. No call, no text, no notification that it was not ready. I took my picture back, they refunded my money and I'll go somewhere else. Their attitude about it was a little too laid back and unprofessional for me.

Local resident of which typically just visits casually not needing assistance. Today went in to pick up a couple of frames for a recent achievement of completing my degree as well as a custom art piece. Went to the back to the framing dept for assistance of which a rep was already assisting a customer. I patiently waited for assistance for a few questions I had and possibly having both items framed. I mentioned I'd seen a document frame I was interested in online when asked if I had picked something. I was pointed down an aisle and after finding the frame and returning I was basically treated as if I was somehow an inconvenience. I was told I could just take it to the front to check out. For a business that's probably not that popular amongst other stores around you, you would think the customer service would be better. Missed out on the opportunity for a framing sale by treating a customer like crap. I live minutes from this location and have for over 7 years. Needless to say if I ever visit another location it most definitely will not be this one.

Nice people, but could not help me with my XL drawing I want to frame. 48" wide x 58" long is too wide for them. Super easy elsewhere.
