The NP healthcare is really rude and instead of giving help she is in so much rush to get her lunch break. She wants us to make appointment everytime even to ask the general questions

No one was in here waiting or anything. Just wanted to come and get a strep throat test done and this lady didn’t even want to do that. Claim she had back to back appointments but nobody was coming in.

Seems like they don't care about all the negative reviews, but here goes one anyway. The address 4885 eldorado automatically takes you to Mckinney so arrived little bit late after a detour and waited in the lobby for half hour before the lady comes out and rudely says she can't take us in, despite explaining our situation.

Thank you to Nurse Practitioner A.Patel for being so kind and professional during my visit. I continue to come here for routine vaccinations and small health care needs!

PA was very unprofessional. She made me feel like I was wasting her time. I felt like I threw away money going there. Much better to go to pay a little more and go to a professional clinic.

45 minute wait even though we pre-booked and were on time to our appointment, go to urgent care or at least don’t go to this Minuteclinic—look at the reviews for this one compared to all the rest, it’s by far the worst rated one.

Today I had visited minute clinic located at Stacy road, McKinney, TX for ear wax removal. The nurse did hurriedly the service and pushed the tip so hard that I got severe pain. Then she wanted to stop the process. She did some formality to remove wax from other ear and told me that I have to use over the counter Debrox and remove the wax myself at home. I am still having pain in my left ear. I have scheduled a hearing aid test and will determine if there is any hearing loss. I do not recommend anyone to visit these clinics for ear wax removal. You will end up in ear pain and possibly hearing loss and still pay the money to them.

Had a great experience here today with my son who had an ear infection. Made an appointment online, checked in at the kiosk, was seen on time by a friendly and knowledgeable nurse who prescribed medication that I picked up minutes later at the pharmacy in the same Target. Very handy!

Was turned away for not having an appointment even tho its a walk in clinic. I told her i was feeling very sick like maybe my blood pressure was too high and she told me to go somewhere else. Its terrible that people that need help then and there can not be helped. Because it doesnt fit their schedule.

Not user friendly. Impossible to make flu shot appts online for a family back to back. Can't call for assistance either.

Racist and judgmental dr. An indian doctor wouldn't give my boyfriend his prescription for a new inhaler because he lost 2 previous ones from working in construction. Then she proceeded to deny him his prescription pills that regulates infections in his lungs-- which help him breathe. Never gonna come back here and would not recommend this location. They seem to snicker and discriminate against any guy in his construction work clothes.

Make an appointment online to avoid a long wait. As with any walk in clinic if you don't have an appointment and they are busy you will have a wait, possibly a very long one.If your problem is serious or you think it's COVID, you are better off going elsewhere as they don't test for COVID at this location and don't triage for urgency that I know of (first come, first served- after those with appointments). Also, every time I have gone, I have been seen by a Nurse Practitioner. I have no problem with this, as they are highly educated and more than capable of handling the problems the minute clinic is designed for. However, if you insist on being seen by a MD, once again, this is not the place for you.I have used this minute clinc multiple times without an issue but I always make appointments before heading in.As a bonus, a CVS pharmacy is right inside the Target store as well. So if you end up with a prescription it's easy to take care of without going elsewhere.

After having an appointment, still managed to wait 45 mins AFTER that appointment time. Then they choose to not even bill correctly. Avoid this place if you can.
