I have ordered from you numerous times and been relatively happy with your service.
HOWEVER, today I was standing outside of your storefront at 4:50pm on Stonebrook to pick up an order I need for an event for *tomorrow* ...and now one is here. I came across town in time to pick up this order before 5:00 p.m. but no one is here. Significant says you're closed Sat & Sun.
So I'm left without materials for my event tomorrow.
As the owner of a local small business myself, I understand how significant bad reviews are. I very rarely leave a bad review. But you've left me no other way to communicate this.
We paid extra to rush this order in time for our event.
Very frustrated. I will not be using your services again.

I am very happy with the quality and service provided by Ashley. The graduation announcements turned out amazing and it was so easy to upload my list of addresses to have printed on the envelopes. Ashley helped with the details and the turn around was quick.
