Like this location and the people working at it (no complaints). Problem I have is toward NAPA in general, not this location. Bottom line.... I thought I was getting a deal with the 2nd Saturday sale. After checking, all items that I got discounted still cost more than elsewhere. In the end I could have just bought the EXACT same items in Walmart and saved a significant amount of money. Check your options, "sales & discounts" aren't always what they seem.

Don’t go to this store if you need to make a return.. they won’t accept it.

While driving on I-35, a shredded tire was thrown into my lane and I hit it. Sadly, the impact damaged the wind-gate behind the bumper of my pickup and it was hanging on the ground. I decided to Jimmy-rig the wind-gate to the bumper with tape so I could drive my truck to the dealer to buy a replacement part. I made it to the dealership safely, but they wanted $680 just for a new part (not including labor). They urged me to get it replaced before driving my truck back home to Nevada because the wind-gate helps to cool the engine. As a last ditch effort, I decided to go to AutoZone to see if they had any parts to help me replace the wind-gate on my own. However, AutoZone told me they don't carry any parts for new model trucks, but suggested I go to Napa Auto Parts. From the moment I walked into Napa Auto Parts, Dylan greeted me with a warm welcome. He listened to my issue and went outside in 102+ degree heat, got under my truck, and found a temporary solution to fix my problem so I can drive back home to Nevada. Dylan was absolutely fantastic and very friendly. Best of all, he didn't charge me a single penny. I am so incredibly thankful to Dylan and Napa Auto Parts for all they did to help me solve the issue. I honestly don't know what I would've done without their help. Highly, Highly Recommended for your auto needs. Before you decide to go to the dealership, come here first to see if they can help you out.

Just terrible. Salesman was cussing most of the time and blaspheming God's name. Will not shop there again.

NAPA is my go-to store for specialized tools - E-Torx or double square sockets, for example. This location is fairly small, with some basic maintenence items and accessories.

Complete waste of time and money. Ordered rotors online showed pickup in 30min. Get to store and was told 3-5 days. So rep says I have some better in stock for same price. I grab them get home take rotors off and these aren’t for even a car 6 lug for a truck. Complete hassle and to top that off my original rotors cost $139 these were $105. Don’t get me wrong all the guys are very nice and tried everything to keep me happy all I wanted was the correct part which didn’t happen.

Adam in Frisco was great, told us our battery from auto zone might be under warranty. It was but they would not replace it under 3 years like advertised. NAPA know how!

Absolute A1 service from (NAPA) Larry. If I lived closer it would be the only auto part store I would use.

They are friendly and helpful here at NAPA. I was informed about upcoming sales when I went in the store. I believe that the parts are high quality as well.
