The salesman just wanted to sell us the shoes that he was wearing. We asked about the foot scan and he avoided talking about it. We went ahead and bought and then saw the foot scanner on the way out. Definitely felt scammed. I hope the shoes work

Came to the store to return a pair of shoes I purchased online that didn’t fit. Got to talking with Aaron about New Balance shoes and ended up having a great conversation and even looked into some other shoes that were releasing that he helped me to preorder. Very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and helpful.

The staff was very helpful in getting me fitted for and selecting the right pair of running shoes. The store is clean and has a great selection of footwear but above all, I think customer service is best reason to buy your shoes here. You get personalized 1-on-1 service, unlike most shoe stores.

It was very convenient. They keep records of past purchases which makes addional purchases quik and easy. On my initial visit they took the time ti properly measu my feet and recommend the best shoe for my needs.

I went into the store solely (pun intended?) to make a return, but I was blown away by customer service, selection of size 16 shoes, and XL socks! Excellent experience.

It’s located in same complex as Target. I went in to get specific wide shoes for my AFO splints. Riley and Aaron were very helpful, patient enough to listen to my needs and expert enough to provide me the right shoes for my needs.

I don’t buy shoes often , but decided I needed an upgrade. I’m waiting on a prescription at Target so wander down to New Balance. Oh my, quite a surprise. The staff is so welcoming and thorough in their assistance. And I didn’t know New Balance had such a selection. Great experience all-around. Bought two pair!

I bought a pair of shoes for walking 14 years ago at this store. Even though I have had several other brands since then, these were my go to for walking. However, it was time to retire them. I returned to this store for a replacement and was very pleased with the salesman. He was very knowledgeable about their shoes and what styles are good for specific needs and feet . He was patient to who helped me find a pair that was stylish and so comfortable.
