Visited their Black Tuxedo shop. Dillon and Natalia helped us straighten out an issue we had with pants that were the wrong size. After renting the Tuxedo, we decided to purchase it. We really appreciated their commitment to resolve our pant issue. We would certainly recommend the Black Tuxedo @ Nordstrom.

Recently at a conference in Frisco, I wandered in Nordstrom in search of some decent makeup and a dress. I had the best customer service. A young makeup artist by the name of Perry helped me find just the right makeup and helped address some other concerns I had. She was the sweetest. She showed me how to apply my new makeup to highlight my features and all. I really appreciated her help.

My friend and I enjoyed a delicious lunch at Bazille. Our server, Sarah, was attentive and friendly. I've dined at this restaurant many times. I have not been disappointed in the service nor with the menu.

Very rude employees especially shoe department. Awful management she has no idea how to do her job! Go to northpark. This nordstrom feels more like a macy's than a nordstrom.
