We live in Burleson and make our way to Frisco to shop at least once a month. This Nordstrom Rack is hands down the best in the metroplex. The store is larger, cleaner and the staff is very friendly.

John was less than courteous and helpful when we attempted to use a Mastercard giftcard in the Frisco store. A method that i have used before and takes a little extra effort and John refused to put forth that extra effort. Such not a typical Nordstrom experience that my family and i have had in the past with others at Nordstrom.

I love your store, but the customer service has become SUB PAR at best. The lady with the short gold hair is RUDE! She saw me looking to purchase a watch, so I politely asked her could if she could help me when she was done with her customers, who she helped for 20 minutes & they bought NOTHING. She shaded me. Her attitude SUCKS!!! She should adjust her attitude or her employer. But Cameron (female) was pleasant.

I really enjoy this store but the past two times in 2 months the dressing rooms are SO HOT! I come out sweaty from just trying on clothes. Hope they get the AC fixed soon.

Flash flood while shopping. They provided a very fashionista rain resistant wardrobe with on-point branding. Excellent customer service

Very quiet day here, for a Saturday afternoon.
This store seems clean and very well stocked with inventory.
It was very difficult to get assistance on the floor.
The merchandise was mixed in with other brands and sizes, making it very difficult to be productive.
The selection is most definitely premium brands, but much of it seemed damaged or heavily wrinkled.
There was only one cashier, who was very nice. But, that does seem inadequate for such a large premium store on a Saturday afternoon.
The line was only four to five deep, which should be fast. But, because of only one cashier, it was much longer than it needed to be.
When it was my turn, a nice shirt did not have a size or price. The nice cashier was forced to leave her area to look for both.
When she came back, I noticed a large rip on the back shoulder, so her nice gesture was for not.
Then another shirt didn't have a price and she had to leave again, but this time many customers required her assistance on the floor. There was no other matching shirt on the fllor, probably because so many racks were mixed in to each other.
This was just my experience today.

Clean store with lots is designer merchandise in lesser price. The products are well placed across the store and it’s not cluttered. The staff is nice and checkout line is less. There’s ample parking outside and the store is easily accessible in the Stonebriar complex. The shoes sizes sometimes hard to find which is evident as this is discount store.
